Thanks for the video. I have to do the cowl repair on an e30 m3 and was hoping to find a video. Unfortunately mine needs A pillar work as well as firewall work. Now I can be braver and try it.
Wow, that’s looking really good! It’ll look even better with that panel tacked on and paint it up. Really nice work on the flanged frame tube that got bumped, From a frame and body alignment perspective, looks pretty close to factory.
Great video you don't know how long I've been looking for a video on how to change the tail panel on a E30 I have the pre face lift 4 door and want to change the rear panel to the face lift any ideas on where to cut the rear wheel arches ? Your video has been a huge help this far 🙏 keep up the good work !!! From South-africa

PJ, you READ my mind! In the next video I do all the rust prevention possible, including the welding of the new panels, POR15, and 3M seam sealer!!
