Lee never won a single event in 2004 as it was. They just weighted the finals points far greater because they wanted excitement more than they wanted to accurately determine who was the best bull rider for the year. Also, Adriano's injury in 1997 was not even bull riding. He was helping some young bull riders in Brazil, and pushed a bull off the back of the chute with his foot, and the bull reared up and broke his leg. Again, Adriano had such a lead that he wins the 1997 title instead of Michael Gaffney. As for what he did for the sport, he paved the way for all the Brazilian riders to compete in the PBR. I say this only because apparently influence on the sport is taken into account in this list when you consider Cody Lambert is at #19 and in no way makes a list of the top 30 riders based on his bull riding career alone.
@@pbr That's unbelievable! There are four guys left that should be on this list for CERTAIN, and only three spots left; Justin McBride, Tuff Hedeman, Terry Don West, and Jim Sharp. Yet Cody Lambert is at 19? I'm sure Justin will make the top three, and rightfully so, but as far as the other three, any one of them rode FAR better than Cody Lambert.
