With pandemic virtual races, you can just have someone carry your Garmin, or maybe just go for a nice slow bicycle ride. Virtual races are on the honor system, and some people have none.

that soccer one where they cheated and still didnt score is so funny to me, because all three of them were trying to be the one to score and they ended up falling over each other, lmao they were literally playing against their teammates for the ball that is so embarrassing, especially for a pro team
I feel bad for number 15. the player who pushed the goalie didn't need to do that, they were already past. And I don't even know what the one who tried to steal the goal was thinking lol.
8:50 Ok 30000 for a glance? Wtf. I get that you could get information from that, but its hard not to glance over even accidentaly when its hanging right there. Why would you put it where both teams can see it in the first place?
You have to watch the entire match to understand. Each time the team captain glanced over at the screen, he completely changed his tactics in ways that made no sense for someone who had no vision of the map. It is only when you have vision of the map that you see his changes in tactics were undoubtedly tied to his peek at the screen and each time he even relayed the info to his team. Even if the screen shouldn't be visible, it was obvious that he was intentionally looking at it to gain an advantage. All of the other teams managed to refrain from looking at it. The fine was justified when considering the amount of prize money the other team lost due to outright cheating.
Kind weird they didnt show the ingame footage: You can actually see that the player looking at the viewer screen is pinging enemies completely hidden from him, which in my eyes is straight up cheating.
I like how the coach who tripped a player got a 25,000 fine while the motorcyclist who pulled another motorcyclist’s brake only got a two-race suspension like- come on
Cause sports are dumb like that. Football players where protective gear yet they think they're tanks and the injuries are usually minor in some cases, but football players treat it as such a big deal. Motorcycle racing is obviously much more dangerous as you're torpedoing down a track at over 100 MPH and one slip up can mean your life.
He was later banned for whole season. And also he is in both motorcycle clips. There's no good team that want to sign him so he basically ended his career.

@@paltil9169 I get your point, but folks in mental wards have been through a lot and deserve better than that comparison. You have to be an asshole to injure someone for the sake of a prize; mental health difficulties have nothing to do with it.

06:46 Well, there is a bit more to the story. Yes he did cheat and no he did not drive the race by himself. He has a TH-cam-Channel and Twitch Account called "Daniel Abt" and the reason for his "cheat" was pure entertainment. There is no Pricepool for the tournament and he even said in an stream weeks before the actual cheat, that he thinks it would be funny to let someone else drive for one race. So basically all I want to tell you is, that he did indeed cheat, but he didn't want to get an advantage or win a price, he did it just for entertainment reasons for the fans. Keep your Videos up, great work!

@@VagueMemory
Guess that makes more sense then. Still a stupid decission to leave the screen there.
@@SangerZonvolt Absolutely.
Kind weird they didnt show the ingame footage: You can actually see that the player looking at the viewer screen is pinging enemies completely hidden from him, which in my eyes is straight up cheating.

Yeah... pulling the other guys break should have gotten prison time.
He was later banned for whole season. And also he is in both motorcycle clips. There's no good team that want to sign him so he basically ended his career.
Agree any cheating that risks someone's life should lead to a prison sentence.
