"Yeah" So basically they're counting for the exact HP for the eggs to explode during Blemi's sleep so it wouldn't deal any damage.
It's like they're actual tactical commanders monitoring the battlefield and planning their next steps of action with the manual counting of Blemishine's attacks while communicating with each other to retreat and deploy the next operators based on the plan. This behavior is a testament to just how incredibly difficult this CC is and how much they deserve that Risk 38. Just absolutely amazing.

this is the pinnacle of arknights gaming to me, i keep coming back to watch this. it's got it all, insane 6 hour stall, counting hits to perfectly time Blemishine skill, constant attack resetting with Gladiia, ops usually considered underwhelming in normal situations shining brightly with Hung, and of course #FASTREDEPLOYSWEEP with Phantom Kafka and Gravel. looking forward to the R39 rematch when this comes around to NA!
The more stalls strats i see, the more i realize we lacking DPS burst for max risk. This run have limit to Ops deployed, making buff and debuff required for filing the damage threshold non-viable. Amazing run, once again weedy stands strong in high risk CC.
stalling allows you to focus dealing with certain enemies, and avoid dealing with others (due to gimmicks) also we're not exactly lacking the dps burst, we have ntr and surtr it's the damn nerve damage that prevents dps to do anything against FTT (not to mention the multi-hit) edit: fun fact: that risk 3 FTT in the video is +150% HP, the other one is +80% HP but invisible

During CC where Sarkaz flagbearer exist, on high risk CC there's 1 tile of death with surtr, eyja, Ifrit, suzuran, by early trigger the Sarkaz flagbearer. There's also high risk CC4, with 1 tile of death also similar setup with above. I disagree with we're not lacking in dps burst, Surtr have burst but alone doesn't meet the damage threshold, however i agree with this CC gimmicks is complicated (2 choke points, high aoe nervous damage and low ops number). Only Weedy S3 that doesn't behave this way because cannon mechanics (Skill doesnt need target inside Weedy skill range to activate)
It’s finally done! CC9 max risk! The group that did it was 萊茵實驗組 and 星海攻略組, the same group of people that made this video. They borrowed a streamer’s maxed out account , and claimed that it was finally accomplished. (the streamer's name is 懶貓, and yes he had confirmed that he borrowed his account) So far there is only photo evidence, but since sources are credible, I believe we have actually done it!
Risk 39 is just 1 enemy to defeat, but entire strategy must be different. Stalling in the end, yes, but this one enemy. Nobody clear. Shocked. I hate stalling, to much possibilities to made a mistake. Or cc#4 is not stalling, but near to immortal colossus.

From what I have seen as I was scouting in Bilibili, this is the only gameplay of Risk 38 that exists. I'm not sure if there's any other gameplay from other people, because if there was, it would surely have gotten a lot of views, and I would've easily found it together with this video. While, apparently, other people have achieved Risk 38, there isn't any gameplay proof. Meanwhile, the Risk 39 clears are confirmed hacked.
cc9 high risks are very max pot gated so im guessing that's a no even if it's just 1 risk less regardless, it's best to test it out once it comes out in global since i cannot give u a definite and sure answer about that
Horn is incredible until around risk 30, when she can’t burst down eggs or ftt due to hip risks, then she becomes weak since she costs a lot and doesn’t help with stall.
