- Valarie Allman was the 2020 Tokyo Olympics Women's Discus champion.
I had the honor of interviewing Valarie after she beat the Women's Discus American Record. Then, she qualified for the olympics so I returned to interview her again. After she got the gold in Tokyo, I returned for a third and final interview.
The first and third portions were shot and edited by Drew Snadecki. The second portion was completely shot, written and video edited by me.

Wow this is fantastic Elizabeth! So many thanks to you for this wonderful insight! Valarie is such an inspiration & with the continued direction of Zebulon I'm really looking forward to Valarie throwing beyond 72 m and be ready once more for Paris 2024!
YOU SLAY ALLMAN, A WOMAN THAT NEVER DIES!!!!!!!
Valarie and Coach Z are my favorite sports pair I'm following. I felt for them when she only got silver at the world champs. But they are pro's. We will keep seeing them doing special things. Always fun to watch them.

Beautifully impressive, glad I came across this video!
her technique is impecable
This is awesome
The finest female athlete we have produced. Add a class act. She’s not exactly is European master. Elegant, strong, 4:03
Allman is a terrific athlete, but McLaughlin-Levrone's dominance of the 400m H and her world record of 50.68 seconds eclipses Allman's achievements - so far - and there have been many other world beating US female athletes who've held or still hold world records. Would be great if Allman joined that group of rare specimens.
Hi
Love Valarie!
