HI I have an Autodesk DOCS ( with AEC Collection ) but the BIM 360 is not showing. What could cause it ?

Hi Paulo, have you already purchased an AEC Collection? How are you trying to access BIM 360 (through web interface, desktop connector, Revit etc)? If you send some more information to [e-mail] we will be able to help. Thank you
