That one would work for me. I'm glad it has the pull-up ladder, and the bedroll for a follower. Many small homes don't have that. A lot of good thought went into this mod. :)
That pull-up ladder will keep those random encounters people out of your place! You are near a wolf spawn point, too, but I just say that as a guaranteed three pelts every few days. 😆
Okay, I love this one. So many little interactions that most houses seem to completely lack. It's also an amazing view for when I just want to sit back and relax. Saving the world over and over again can get a bit tiring after a while. I like these more humble houses too. All it needs is a telescope of some sort to view the stars at night, though I suppose any spot in Skyrim would be good for that. Definitely installing this mod later.
I have a ton of humble homes to showcase. And when I find a good one, I usually look at all of the mod author's other work and try to cover those. It's pretty nice, and that view from your kitchen window is pretty great!
@@SkyrimPlus I can't wait to see them! This is giving me that sort of campsite feel that some games have where I'll travel to my closest one and do what I need to there. It'll also make me fast travel less, which I should really stop doing so much when the landscapes of Skyrim look so nice (especially with mods).
This is cute! I really like that you can change the crafting station. I'm already dreaming up a character that could use it.... 😅 And less than 2 MBs? Yes please!
Even with a thick stone base and sides, It doesn't feel right to me to put a fire place on on the wood floor of a tree house. I'm always having to remind myself that this is a fantasy game. What gets me even more is when they set smelters on wooden decks. It's fantasy, fantasy, fan.......
I get that! You have to remember that there are people who can shoot fire from their hands in the game. Just imagine a mage constructed it and applied a flame suppressant spell. 😆
Ahh, i just love that little Treehouse/shack, one of my all time favorites. ♥ Its safe, has alot of convenience clickies, its warm and cozy and even provides a bedroll for a follower and the views. An ideal drop by and take a nap or hunter base home away from home...or even get some bandits from above.^^ Too bad the author has stopped modding shortly after the release of this and one or 2 other mods...imagine what he could do nowadays with the right tools, aquired knowledge and co...
@@SkyrimPlus Hehe yeah thats also really nice. :) Fortunately we still have some old and some talented new modders around, that bring us nice stuff, but that one is surely on to be missed. But atleast his mods remain for us to be enjoyed.
@@wolfwilkopter2231 Yes! Some take them off of Nexus for one reason or another, and it's disappointing when you temporarily delete a mod to make rooms for others and you come back to reinstall, and it's gone. That happened with me and Ivory Cast Estate. Luckily, I posted about it, and someone shared a copy of their download with me. And my very first home review, Bluff Home, also got taken down. :( That was a bad day for those that love soils.
@@SkyrimPlus Yeah the issues with Nexus are multifacetted, not to mention the hard bias of the people there, which also led to a crapton of deleted mods, banned authors and users, even pretty much forbidden discussions, huge amounts of bullying behind the scenes, false accusations of theft or being a P-word and subsequently ppl turning their back and leave or stop paying their premium and so on. Well i was so bright and downloaded it when Febs vid went live, which is something i usually do, if i even remotely like what i see. So i also still have v2.1 of Ivory Cast Estate available. But the only Skyrim Bluff i have is Skyridge Bluff, oh well cant have it all and NVMe space is limited and Skyrim Se has almost 900gigs of mods in storage.^^
@@wolfwilkopter2231 Sounds like a nice collection! Yes, some of the best came down. I also wish I could've covered Tel Nalta before it was taken down. I thought about making videos about a year before I actually started to. I was too worried no one would watch, and for a while, I was right! 😆 But within the first month of my channel, that's when the crap hit the fan with the changes on Nexus.
Glad you like it! You should check out Dragons Keep, too! Maybe you could use it closer to end game, but it's a house alongside a large, heavily populated boarding school for orphans. Maybe you could roleplay that you, as the orphan, wanted to help other orphans, so you built a huge place for them to live and learn and be safe. If you check my channel, I made a video on it a few months ago. :)
Absolutely! That mod author has several homes that are well-planned and executed to perfection. They also made Thur's Retreat, Watermist Shack, and one more that I'm covering next week! Big fan of their work!
@@SkyrimPlus that's wonderful, i will wait for the video to be uploaded. I'm trying a new gameplay as a burglars character that live in some small shack, and i definitely need those house mods. I might also check the author nexus page to see the requirement though
@zeihadi4082 If small shacks are what you're looking for, you may want to check out my playlist of no load door homes. A lot of those would probably fit your criteria. Also, Canalside Bunker, Riften Hideout, and Riverside Apartment are good thieves home.
@@SkyrimPlus, thank you for the question! Jespar, the guy from Enderal, character voiced by amazing Ben Britton is my primary follower. And Bishop, the Skyrim Romance guy, voice covered by no less amazing River Kanoff is my secondary follower. These two buddies never let me get bored in game. The voice and the dialogue are the two, or should I say, one thing of an utter importance to me when it comes to estimating followers and RPG games overall (Well, I can't say I've played a lot of RPG's). Also, in the last, say, decade I've never been running around Skyrim without having followers by my side. FLP, like I said, is a great mod that makes followers much more unpredictable and robust in terms of AI. And I'm spending a lot of time expanding and tweaking the dialogue that comes with custom voice characters like Jespar or Bishop. Unfortunately, I can't afford using AI voice gen tools! I have a lot of ideas as how I can use those.
Those new voiced AI followers, both for Skyrim and other games look amazing! I hope they can implement some of those for Elder Scrolls 6!!! I haven't heard of the ones you have mentioned, but that second guy looks a little bit like Kaidan. I played with Kaidan a few times, but his wedding scene always interferes with one of the properties I like in that spot. There are like 4 conflicts of popular mods all in that spot.
@@kinda4664 I remember hearing the news it wouldn't be out until 2018 and was devastated. At this point, that would be nearly 6 years ago. From what I've heard, Starfield wasn't worth it, although I still haven't played it yet.
Great home, been tracking it for many years. Used it a couple times.
I was surprised how much punch it packed for its size. I saw where the LE version has an add-on quest to get it...
👀
What a perfectly cute little treehouse! This would be ideal to get away from the world after adventuring, for sure!
Just don't run when you're on top! That would be a nasty fall!
