I would never say your cards are simple all the inlaying so time consuming all the die cutting. You work hard on your cards dont sell your self short you make fabulous cards just beautiful. Thank you for having a TH-cam channel.

Those are really quite pretty cards... and a lot of work! You always do such an amazing job of piecing those little bits into place. :-D
I've done what you did several times over the years... poked myself and bled onto a project. I remember one time it was on a painting I was working on and I didn't even know what I'd cut my finger on! Turned out to be a little sliver on the edge of my wooden easel. Anyway, that time I "covered" the splots with red paint... had to change the colour I'd planned, but it worked. LOL
Haha the things we do LOL! Imagine if we don't notice and gift our projects that way haha! I cannot tell you the amount of times I only noticed things like these when I was editing the project photos. Closeups show everything :D

I use press n seal to hold the pieces together, Works great and can be reused over and over.
I've heard of it yes! It's not available here though. So old school it is for me :D
I love your videos because you are so genuine. Don't we all get blood or ink on our projects, in a bad spot, from time to time. Gel pen....might not have thought of that. I will next time.

Someone suggested that after die cutting you can put Press N Seal or Mint tape before removing from your die so you can flip the small pieces as one…. Oh and try your tool that you pick up gems with to inlay, I poke myself too
Yes I’m aware of those but Press N Seal is not available here and I don’t have a gem tool 🙈 I had one once but I hated it, because everything stuck to it rather than the paper! And I just don’t want to invest into a Crystal Katana…So I just use what I have. I know I could be faster hahaha! But I’m so used to my tweezers, I really can’t live without them 🥰 Even if I poke myself at times 😂😂😂

These are really ambitious and look perfect. Sometimes Press n Seal will hold the die cuts in place or putting a low tack tape on the dies before you lift them off can work. Was also wondering about a double sided adhesive sheet so you wouldn't have to add glue to every small area.
Yes those would work but we have no Press N Seal here and I didn’t want to waste my expensive double sided adhesive 😂😂😂 It’s over 60 eur per roll! So I’d rather spend more time on the cards plus I trust liquid glue more 🥰
Did you ever try using your bone folder to gently rub out those indentations in card stock it work… great cards…I think you did great with filling the space in
I did now that you suggested it, but it didn't really work :( I'll try it on different papers and see how it goes! X

Beautifull...for some tips on inlay diecutting try Jennifer mcquire videos. She has tons of videos on many tricks, and i remember i saw one on this too...😘
Thank you! I actually enjoy inlaying the way I do, it relaxes me :D I know there's tricks to go faster, but I like to spend time on this. And supplies needed for those techniques (eg Press N Seal) are not available here...

I swear everyone went with rainbow in some form last month haha! And I just mean I haven't done any clever techniques with it. But then I never do - I just die cut and glue the die cuts on the card front LOL! But I'm glad you feel that way
