Also, this video proves to me a personal theory. Namely, that Sark's trend of getting stuck as giant props is some kind of limiter put on him to keep the game fair. Only twice has Sark shown his true prop power, and if he was able to do that stuff every game, it wouldn't even be a game anymore. *SPOILERS* And this video shows Sark's greatest moves being defeated by getting stuck.

The main thing about Sark is he gives no fucks and brings up funny and senstive material to talk about and laugh about, then others feed off him. I love him!
Tourettes just makes someone repeat certain actions, it most commonly depicted as someone who cant stop swearing, for comedy, but it doesn't have to be swearing. It can be something as simple as a twitching eye.
