It's challenging for me to incorporate new plants into my existing gardens for all the reasons you mentioned, and creating a " garden in a garden" is a great idea. Thinking I can take a serious look at the garden "skeletons" this late Fall and early winter to mark off some locations. Also love the plant ID arrows and close-ups!
