Thanks, you just taught me to turn off the autosmooth for transitions, did know that. Also I recommend when starting a banker turn from a flat bank angle, don’t immediately start the turn, let the track start banking while still going mostly straight if not actually facing the opposite direction of where you are turning. Then the next piece of track raise the bank angle even more and actually turn.
Guys he’s lying you want to use basic editor and have a chainlift for the entire things and for extra points make your plot look like a bowl of spaghetti also never place bins that’s for nerds

some parts of this coaster are unsmooth ! remember to always have auto smooth off when banking ( in any direction) in real life it would be too forceful ! ❤
This should be a tutorial of the complete and utter wrong way to make 'smooth' roller coasters in theme park tycoon 2 LOL. Never use pivot offset, use move spline node after using rotate on non-auto-smooth, actually no, just in general use non-smooth before placing a piece to make the profiling better in general. Also don't over or under rotate pieces, try and find the perfect banking. Use shorter pieces, not too long.
how can i make the roller coaster go up in advanced mode? like in basic mode i just use chainlift but in advanced mode if i turn it a bit it doesn't let me do it. (i want to turn it but also make it go up)
Its likely because it has a bit of banking. Chainlifts need to have no banking. But one thing i must say. Dont use chainlifts while turning like you do in basic editor. Its a lot less realistic. Instead just do a straight chainlift.
