It was for the best. He’s shining in Pearl Jam. Speaks volumes about the group with how much faith they have put in him to do his thing. Guitar, singing, drums. They welcome him. Anthony and Flea were to stubborn in the routine they had with John. Now they’re back to the same old thing while PJ is out here delivering.
Pearl Jam should make Josh a full time member. The man can sing/harmonize, play everything! What an amazing musician and guy all around! Hope he starts his own band and fronts it. Pluralone is great too!

The Revivalists have a 8 member band, including 2 drummers, it definitely would add another dimension, I would be totally in favor of it.
