Sonic Eraser is wild to me. Such an oddity. Back when I got out of highschool I bought a reproduction cartridge for it so I could play it on real hardware. Worth it? Probably not. Cool piece for the collection? Definitely.
Damn that was a lot of spin offs. Surpring to know that the game gear had more sonic games than the freaking genesis. Hopefully Sega will give some of these games another rerelease.
Sonic 3D Blast is a decent game, but it feels a little lame after playing Mickey Mania and Toy Story, which were both great. Ah well, at least it and Sonic R lead to the creation of A Bug's Life and Toy Story 2 on PS1. Both superb moved based games, with the latter in particular being up there with top tier 3D platformers of their day like Super Mario 64 and Spyro: Year of the Dragon.

I really wish tail's adventure got a sequel on Genesis or Saturn to iron out the dents, because otherwise it's a really fun game.
