It is possible if you were able to obtain a training contract with an authorised training employer from the UK. It is worth looking into if you are interested!

Useful vid. Am I hearing this right, are we allowed to submit before we have the required days of PQE hours? Providing our training contract length is complete.

Not quite - you can submit before finishing all exams only but you definitely need to have met the PWE days requirement.
