You never cease to amaze me with your talents. For making an effort on a less spicy version of birria broth without using the chillies that's an amazing attempt regardless! I'm excited to see your next attempts can you also try to make a spicy version too and possibly share that recipe? I've never had birria tacos only the soup once. I'd love to try your version! I tried to make it less spicy since Austin and the kids can’t handle spice very well. But the sauce seems to be missing something. I also added chili oil to the tacos while I fried it but not sure how I like it yet 😂. Will share once I’m happy with one!
