I love this show, it's so realistic, on a tight budget and deadline they honestly do a decent job, the bedroom was great, in the living room it would have been nice if the sofa cushions weren't white but overall great show, the host is honest but helpful and the narration is filled with clever puns.
@christinemiller7238 you are right but Maria doesnt seem to want to change her ways. She was reluctant to allow the crew to bring her bedroom and living room into the current century - she said "I'll think about it" many times yet she is trying to let go of the house.

The friends seemed more enthusiastic than the owner.
I would have loved my realtor to give me a list of how to improve. And I begged for feedback from viewings.

Even though this episode is more than 15 years old, the stark white walls are unappealing then and now.
Her daughters should have advised her , shame on them
