There is also "LaMacha Carnival" which is the parade song that also has lyrics! And of course "Hero" by Mili, which the official version isn't out yet.
Like the others said, Theme 3 is a rematch with the bosses of Theme 1 and 2 plus one other. Theme 2's parade feeling is more prevalent due to that boss being more powerful than the other 2. Theme 4 is, like you said, a "mask off" moment. Getting more menacing, no more of that whimsy festive feeling. But half-way through there's a change of feeling. The theme becomes more "heroic" and "emotional". It changes to that feeling because in gameplay the boss is conflicted.
You can find the detail interesting: most of regular battle themes in the game have a second version that plays when the player is on the way to winning. All these "winning" themes have a leitmotif that represents our characters in general. So Canto 7 Boss Theme 4 is the first boss theme that haves this leitmotif, it starts at 10:52 (you can notice how vibe became more emotional from here and to the very end of the theme). Minor spoilers for those who passed most of Canto 7: Just like Distorted Heathcliff you listened before, this theme is manifestation of "confused ally that forced to fight us". And as the leitmotif starts playing you realise that this ally is finally starting "returning to home, to us", slowly step by step, still trying to resist us. And the spain guitar you heard here has a purpose as well.
"The mask is off" type of deal is *very* accurate for this. Crazy how Studio EIM can portray these things with the soundtrack and you immediately picking up on it.
Regarding Lobotomy Corporation and Library of Ruina: These two are wildly different games. Lobotomy corporation in particular is also basically a low budget college student project and as such can be quite quite janky. In case Lobotomy Corporation does not match your taste, it is still possible (albeit not recommended) to play Ruina first, as it spends time recapping a lot of important events in Lobcorp. You'll miss out on a decent chunk of story and character development though.
I don't mind working my way through the more unpolished game first as for me I love to see interesting ideas and also how the company grows from game to game :D Not sure if I'll beat Lobotomy Corporation but I'll certainly give it a solid attempt before hopping into the next ones.
The theme 4 is like there's divided part like others said..you can hear the clock ticking (our manager) and that's when the music change into heroic..and my own thoughts is both side goes "now let us show our own dominance in this battle"
This thumbnail is fairly spoilery. Would you mind changing it?
EDIT: Thank you!!
The cognition filter must be repaired for the manager(s)
Yeah :(
My bad, I didn't realize it contained spoilers. Will switch it up

The difference between 7:55 and 10:52?
The Power of Friendship!
Theme 3 is a rematch with the previous 2 bosses and their third member who was already beaten by someone else. Basicly: Time for payback.
