What is the difference between MRP and JIT, as given in the slide both are meant to order the raw material at the time when the order is received. One more confusion in your JIT video you said that when you don't have raw material already in stock it can lead to a delay in providing service to the customer but in this slide it is written that by buying raw material at the same time will be good for providing on time service to the customer.
Note- Sentences might be different or can be written in different form but please try to understand what i am trying to convey.

There are basically 3 main types of facility /plant layouts, which are:
1. Product layout
2. Process layout and
3. Fixed position layout... sometimes company choose the mix of these layouts which is called combined layout
