I love Miley Cyrus voice so unique .
Vocally she is actually fire now. That with how she connects to a song is incredible now.
Her voice definatley has a natural rasp now I don't think she can particular clean up her belts anymore, but it's not always in her throat.
She has a real agile voice for such a deep instrument even in her upper register, her power rasp with control and emotive choices are crazy good
Not to be disrespectful but Ari has only been in industry for 6 years or so. Miley since 14 years and Brit and Aguilara for about 20+ years.

Her current voice is the result of neglect. Watch highlights of hers when she was doing the Voice, the difference is too great in 4-5 for someone that is only in her twenties. She admitted as much in her various interviews. She had surgery and therapy and is learning to take better care of her vocal cords.
