I also never gave up and now I am studying MBA at my hometown only.... I am also engaged in teaching since 5 years. Currently I am also working as co-ordinator in same school...

It’s a bit selfish of me to mourn and grieve for my own loss when the whole world is going through so much but I cannot help but feel what I feel! This day still holds so much power over me. It’s the day I lost myself. Today I want to mourn for my lost self, for my lost dreams...my shattered hopes.... for Everything I have lost without hiding my grief behind a smile. I want to remember the Pratiksha I was...the Pratiksha I'll never be... Although the actual memories of those days and weeks have faded a bit, my feelings of sorrow are deeply embedded in my heart and it doesn't have to be this day for me to feel overwhelmingly sad. One thinks that one is past feeling sad, done with the grief, has put an end to the ‘what ifs’ but no! We think it’s over but it isn’t and it never will be! Healing is a constant process. The pain lessens over time but the wounds remain. But this pandemic made me focus on the fact that I survived and not only did I survive but I have become stronger. I live and not just exist. My loss has been compensated by so many blessings and for that I am grateful. So if you are finding self-isolation very tough and worrying about how will you make it through, just know that I was on a ventilator for 1 months, was bed ridden for years, stuck in a vicious cycle of injections, iv drips, suctions, infections, pressure sores, fevers... The only body part I could move were my eyes. It was a living nightmare but I survived and came out more resilient than ever! So if I made it through, so can you! #PRATIKSHA DEVKOTA

It’s a bit selfish of me to mourn and grieve for my own loss when the whole world is going through so much but I cannot help but feel what I feel! This day still holds so much power over me. It’s the day I lost myself.
Today I want to mourn for my lost self, for my lost dreams...my shattered hopes.... for Everything I have lost without hiding my grief behind a smile. I want to remember the Pratiksha I was...the Pratiksha I'll never be...
Although the actual memories of those days and weeks have faded a bit, my feelings of sorrow are deeply embedded in my heart and it doesn't have to be this day for me to feel overwhelmingly sad. One thinks that one is past feeling sad, done with the grief, has put an end to the ‘what ifs’ but no! We think it’s over but it isn’t and it never will be! Healing is a constant process. The pain lessens over time but the wounds remain.
But this pandemic made me focus on the fact that I survived and not only did I survive but I have become stronger. I live and not just exist. My loss has been compensated by so many blessings and for that I am grateful.
So if you are finding self-isolation very tough and worrying about how will you make it through, just know that I was on a ventilator for 1 months, was bed ridden for years, stuck in a vicious cycle of injections, iv drips, suctions, infections, pressure sores, fevers... The only body part I could move were my eyes. It was a living nightmare but I survived and came out more resilient than ever!
So if I made it through, so can you!
