Its August 2023 and you came across my feed while researching how to bling my granddaughters tennis shoes 🙆🏽‍♀️...
I liked how you explained something so I sat and listened a bit more, then I came across how to refill your pen...While I'm not sure how to use this pen, I'm thinking its a valuable tool, so I'll save this video and do more research.

Thank you so much for this! I was beginning to think I must be doing something wrong with the tool (at first, I was. I wasted quite a lot of the putty just trying to get the top off when I first got it because the protective cap was sealed too tight :( ) I still can't believe Silhouette would be so wasteful with forcing people to buy a whole new pen when such a tiny amount of putty runs out. I hope everyone learns this trick so we don't have to keep buying more pens that end up in a landfill! You're my hero!

You are my craft empress of the DAY! Thank you so much for this tip/tutorial. I got a diamond press:tacky tool 6in1 as a gift (it didn't come with instructions.) I felt so remedial, because I couldn't use the tacky part (I was worried I'd over thread the tool.) With your tutorial not only did I find out I was supposed to twist it (alot) I also learned how to Refill it! Your awesome!

I like the pen but the putty sticks to the canvas and hard to pick up with tweezers.

Make sure there is no glue residue on the putty part because that can happen….. it use to happen to me and I couldn’t figure it out, and I also twist out new putty a lot to avoid that as well
