Where are these camps held? I’m early 20s but definitely need to learn how to swing properly. My hips and hands are out of sync. And every time I bring my tee to practice the coaches of the team I play for keeping putting the tee in a baseball position. I tried explaining it’s not the same as slow pitch. 🤷🏼‍♂️ sorry for my rant.

We do most of our camps in Florida, where we live. Try coming to the Softball Magazine Spring Training Camp in Viera. There are a lot of people there that can help you and you will get plenty of swings over the three day period. It takes place in March every year.

Senior Softball starts with 40 and over division. Then 50+, 55+, 60+ etc.
