@@kellymadenew I’d encourage you to read 1 John as he warns us against “Antichrists” and Paul warns us against “false brethren unawares brought in.” We are to mark and avoid them along with anyone who brings a different Jesus. Romans 16:17-18, 1 Corinthians 16:22, Galatians 1:6-9, Titus 3:10, 2 John 1:9-11. I have a video regarding warnings against false teachers called “Vipers, Wolves, and Tares, Oh My”. It’s all about protecting the Gospel message.
Originally coming from a charismatic pentecostal background, I'm very sceptical and cautious of these displays of power. I saw this same concern with the 'so called' revival on the US university campuses last year. I watched a lot of this and couldn't find the true Gospel, anywhere. I commented on these walls about my concerns and all I could see was false Gospels left, right and center. These 'so called' moves of God, and displays of power, are increasing and spreading within christendom, but without the truth and power of the TRUE Gospel of His Grace and Love. We need to exercise clear descernment, which can only come, if we are standing in His Grace, delivered to us through faith alone. The Gospel is the POWER OF GOD ONTO SALVATION. What is the Spirit or gift called that gives you visual knowledge downloads that reveal specifically the meanings of scriptures, typically at the same time as a bunch of channels are talking about it. Most recent example - a vision about how the OT tabernacle housing God's tangible presence is a foreshadowing of God's plan to make us His tabernacle. Holy Spirit within us. I know this is scripturallly discernable but the way I'm taught like this is very distinct to my own imaginations.
It’s all about growing in the knowledge and truth of who we are in Christ and God will give his children what they can handle in terms of the word (milk vs meat). The key to understanding and rightly dividing scripture is reading it with a Gospel of Christ centered lens. I may talk about this in my next video. I’m not sure if this answers your question at all.
