Pretty standard form for dance games like ITG and DDR. I once saw a dude at an arcade who played by positioning his right toe on the up arrow, his right heel on the right arrow, his left heel on down, and his left toe on left so he didn't have to move his legs. He'd just do a kind of stationary tap dance to hit the arrows. Man must have had the calves of Zeus by time he was done.
