I went there back in July of 2022. As a rail enthusiast, I mainly went in order to ride on the legendary Durango & Silverton Railroad. We flew into Denver but drove the distance to Durango and the sights were beautiful. I remember listening to this piece during the car ride at one point as I thought it was appropriate given the destination. Now when I hear this I'll always think of that trip and the mighty little steamers that are the Durango & Silverton's pride. I fully intend to make this trip again someday!
Fantastic piece of music. There's so much going on - it's sounds like Spirit - Stallion of the cimarron, Titanic, Jurassic Park, How to train your dragon and Indiana Jones all in one. I love it!
@@elzaforte Yeah, I know, the thing is that Mexico's city was named because of the Durango of Spain, because when they went the Vasque people to America they named like that... and it's funny how now it has become a city and it's even bigger than Spanish Durango
There is also a state in the north of Mexico named Durango however as stated above this does not fit the environment at all of Durango. However the music is still awesome.
We are ready for the battle, your majesty. Then, shall we begin. Remember, this is for our honor, for the people who lost their lives... May god bless us. Now, move forward and fight until the last of us!
I've only been listening to TSFH for a little while (I stumbled across their "Victory" piece in many video mixes), but this piece has easily made its way to the top of my TSFH Favorites list. I'll be sure to purchase the album at the next opportunity!
Epic fantasy racing music, makes me feel like I'm flying...on a dragon...racing another one. Yup, TSFH is the best. no matter what song of their's you are listening to, the music will bring you in for the ride.
Это невероятная музыка! Восхитительная, трогающая душу, восполняющая эмоции музыка. Ради таких композиторов, которые создают сие шедевры и стоит жить на свете.
2:40 reminds me an IMAX film about the space shuttle that I once saw. They had a piece that sounded similar to that playing over shots of the Earth seen from orbit.
World may slowly going to hell with Covid and high possibility of WWIII but we can always count on TSFH to bring us joy, only by listeing this songs i get enough strenght to continue!.
Starting at 1:31 I see in my imagination a whole horde of horses just hoofin it through a valley at full speed, camera in front centered on the lead character just having a blast
To be honest, there is more than one section in this song that sounds like one of the flying themes from HTYD. Thomas Bergersen probably has heard HTYD and probably unconsciously pulled a similar melody from one its themes.
one of the best pieces of the album!
@@maxeeq I don't BELIEVE in your opinion.
The very BEST one HAS to be Emerald Princess, though.
One of the best, it is🙏
(Out of the very many!🤗)
What an unbelivable masterpiece!
TSFH you are official legends!
It's the power of Thomas Bergersen. He's the best composer of all times, in my opinion💛

Don't forget Nick Phoenix

One day, centuries from now, we will remember TSFH like we remember Bach today.
But better
I was gonna say that
Having lived in Durango, Colorado, This music fits that town history perfectly. Gun slinging western town.

Two Steps From Hell is the Gold Standard for Epic Music.
Nah it’s above the gold standard it’s essentially it’s own standard man
Thomas Bergersen is definitely among the greatest musicians of all time, reaching the heights of classical pieces. This is one of them
Masterpiece!!
Everything from Two Steps is Masterpiece :D
This piece sounds exactly how a Mark Maggiori painting looks like. TSFH realy captured something essential with this one.
Gosh, this reminds me of 90s movies. They tended towards triumphal music, and as a kid that really made me feel inspired.
Been listening to this song for years and will continue doing so. There is no other piece of media that can replicate this sence of wonder.
I'm getting some strong John Williams vibes from this song and I love it.
Hey this is better than John Williams!
There are a lot of legends and relics of music... Two Steps From Hell is one of them.

Love the text for “Dragon”, took me a minute but now see all the letters... D on top of R, the A on top of G...
I wonder what kind of textile it is
This…this made me cry…it’s so pretty. It is the 3rd one to make me cry as well
Ah, TSFH never disappoints! A perfect start to my day!
Wow, now I know that this music is also popular in the American continent.
I am impressed
@@cramhusame6569 America is a big country. Really isn't a surprise

This piece does what all music should do.... take you on a journey without visuals. Absolutely floored! Great work!
One of my favourites from the album!
I mean, pretty much all of the songs from this album are my favorites from this album
How the heck can anyone dislike this masterpiece??? What sort of humans are they???

A race to Durango is less epic than a race to get a TSFH concert ticket.
@@Kiki-vc1xo Yeah, they have said that they are going to announce concerts "soon". We're still waiting!

This piece was played on the fourth day of the Republican National Convention 2020! Loved it!
I was so shocked when I heard it at the Rnc, I fell out of my chair. It was amazing!

Beautiful sound!!
“Ah Durango, I had some good times there.”

Thomas' work is beyond words.
My alltime favorite composer, no competition.
Agreed!
For so many years, one great hit after the other. Keep us artists inspired!
In Bizkaia (Vasque Country, Spain) there's a town called Durango near Bilbao

I can't describe in words how much i love your music! Excellent work!
This very much has the feel of a John Williams piece. The two that immediately come to mind are the themes for the Olympics, and NBC
Today is my last exam day, and when i come home TSFH was upload this. Today is reeaalllyyy reallllyyy a good day :D
This and Believe are my favourites from this album, absolutely awe inspiring music that gives me goosebumps, pure genius
Finally! Somebody has same views.
Embodies the spirit of the American western
Reminds me of the really good 2000s movies' soundtracks. I miss those.
Garion Wirsig I agree it kind of sounds like Spirit (witch is in my opinion the film with the best over soundtrack that exists)
