I belive Mr Mahumapelo was there when this resolution was established n endorsed....he had time to digest it prior its endorsement n those gaps he's outlining now that the resolution will not be feasible n may be challenged in court, would have been dealt with prior its endorsement. Therefore I suggest that the resolution should be addressed n implemented the way it is, aiming at eradicating corruption in ANC n government. Remember failing to see or acknowledging that you wrong is a sickness which need a proper therapy. Thank you.
