Great comparison! Just what I needed. Only issue was you played the Marshall sideways, but the Beosound facing up (at the camera). It isn't really fair. When you lifted the Marshall up, it sounded great.
Thank you very much for your comment. Actually I placed the Beosound speaker facing up, as it is optimized in that position. As for the Marshall speaker, I positioned it sideways to take advantage of its 360-degree sound feature and dual woofers and drivers on both sides. Placing it face up would have covered one side with the floor, which seemed unfair to its design and capability. Overall, I'm impressed with the amazing sound quality of both speakers and the build quality of the Marshall speaker is truly outstanding.
@@stevendavies7351 I ended up buying a stereo pair of A1s, they're insane. With some EQ it's like a full size stereo. Pairing them is easier nowadays too
