I think every team ma tei thau ko euta local manchhe ni vako vae better hunthyo. Coz jo manchhe tei thau ma janmera hurkeko hunchha usle tyo thau lai ramrari bujheko hunchha. It will be better for the team.In my opinion at least one member of the team should belong to that particular province to bring out the best of the place. For example, sahana was born and brought up in kathmandu so uslai province 1 ko theoretical knowledge matra hunchha jati usle research garya hunchha teti matra tara if there would be someone who was born and brought up in province 1 (in her team)usle practically province 1 bujheko hunchha which I believe will bring the better output.
