Fantastic video; congratulations!! Would you guys do a video of costs? From how much you bought property to materials and some labor since you guys did probably 80% of the labor! I think a video of costs would help alot of us who may have bought or planning to buy property in Italy! 👏🏼😽🤗

when i watch renovation videos and find 🧰 Makita tools, i want to get DIY tools made in japan or Germany. ( my DIY not yet started, even not yet a beginner in DIY ) just found the Makita office very close to the JR station ( near ) my apartment 🗼tokyo.

You said to relax and enjoy… I really don’t enjoy these fast videos I find them very stressful and not enjoyable at all..but it is just me, I guess. I would prefer a selection of importants moments with a few comments.. it give me the time to admire and appreciate. Like I sais, it is probably just me. I follow a lot of renovations on TH-cam but I avoid these fast video. Some people do a wonderful job making an enjoyable movie to watch. That being said, your work is remarkable and your talent in remodeling is great

Obviously every commune is slightly different but to what extent do they make you get permits for doing work/your own work? Also, are you looking for volunteers?
