Nice catch, I caught my last weekly for a while too! Mount Holly said they weren’t going to test because of the wind advisory but they tested anyways, I don’t know what to say.
@LancasterPAWX typical PHI. A Wind Advisory in my opinion is a minor thing and they should still test even if there are alerts out unless they are really significant.
