1st year, we get the same interest in both case. But in compound interest, amount of 1st year becomes the principal of 2nd year and so forth. Therefore, interest is always higher in CI. In contrast, principal Amount remains constant in SI.

1080000 rupees ko jitna time usse divide karke dena hoga agar 10 years hota kya usse har saal 108000 rupees dene hoge ya harsaal 10lakh la 8% usse dena hoga kya hoga dono mein se?
