I just installed mine and followed your video start to finish. Excellent instructions! Fishing the washers and spacers was a pain with my sausage fingers but I got it. Very happy with the products!

How long it takes to complete the whole install

@@Bulcano747 It took me about an hour but a lot of that was finding the right tools, aligning washers and spacers, etc. The actual work involved is pretty quick outside of my clumsiness and poor tool organization lol

Good instruction video! Is there clearance to mount the Touratech Locking GPS Mount for the Garmin Zumo XT on the crossbar?

Yes, this setup works great with the Zumo XT.

I purchased the TFT Anti-Theft Guard and GPS Mounting Bracket for my Zumo XT and with the guidance of this video, easily installed them on my 2021 Pan America.. I have one minor issue and I'm not sure if I did something incorrectly or if it's inherent to the Pan America. While turning the bars left to full lock, the front brake master cylinder reservoir contacts with my Zumo. The reservoir can't really be adjusted as it has a set pin which seats it in the reservoir housing and the housing is notched and seats against the brake lever assembly. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is there a way to correct this other than sliding the Zumo mount off center to the left to avoid contact? ...thank you!

You could try rotating your handlebars backward very slightly in the clamps or scoot the Zumo to the side. I don't remember our bike doing this but we may have a slightly different setup.

I like the video and the product but……If someone really wanted your TFT all they have to do (even with this product) is pull the fairing and remove the four bolts holding the fairing/TFT unit on the bike. Any recommendations to prevent these 4 bolts from being removed?

You can change them out for pin-in-torx bolts or some other security type bolt. As with all things on motorcycles, if someone wants it badly enough they can just take the whole bike. This TFT Guard will certainly slow a thief down especially if they aren't super familiar with working on the bike.

I want to mount a phone holder to my GPS mount but the crossbar is to small of a diameter. Any recommendations?

Check out RAM Mounts. They have adapters that are small enough to grab the 12mm bar.

The plastic arm on my Pan America windshield adjuster broke and I have been unable to get a replacement piece from Harley. So, I am installing the Madstat metal replacement windshield setup. Do you know if this bracket will work with the Madstat system? Thanks for any information you can provide.

That's a good question but we haven't tested those components together. Good luck with your setup.
