I'll be camping at a TearJerker's rally in VA next weekend. The sites are long like these, so we're doubling up to save costs, and keep the group together. This will be my first time camping with them, with my camper. Then in September, I'll be camping at another TearJerkers rally at Lake Greenwood State Park, in SC. I'd love to find out where Louise (with the Runaway) got her outside rug. I've seen that before, but haven't been able to find one. I love it! The Koala set up was really nice. I'd want at least that much room in a teardrop. My tiny camper isn't a teardrop, but they allow others to camp with them at the rallies, so everyone, keep that in mind!
I enjoyed the video. I had a '71 Superbeetle I bought in Germany while serving in the US Army at Wiesbaden. Wow, if I still had it, I could have turned it into a camper.
Larry's Bed Bug was so cool 😎 and I think 🤔 you two make a beautiful couple 💑 THANKS FOR SHARING P.S Don't tell anyone .. I'm a runaway guy too ... 6 by 8 ranger ?
Love the story about the wife, again, offering the use of her camper so she could sleep in the Bed Bug!! Love the folks & ingenuity of the small camper world.
Hey Ed been following u guys for couple of years, it a small world I know you live in Indiana but once in a while you mention something in St Louis like Imos Well just found out u lived in Oakville and the lady you met at the rally i,ve me
Small world, we did not mention the road to protect her location but it appears you know the area well. I guess my love of the river and trains came from growing up near the river and the MOPAC. I wish we still had that house. I would love to live there
The homecoming is exclusive runaway. The official RCO rally’s are for owners and former owners but are sometimes held in State Parks so there is really no way to be exclusive. It’s a friendly bunch.
Interesting to know how your dog's name came about...and wow what a small world..nice to see connections from a childhood past..thanks for the joy..it warmed my heart to see your happy journeys
Thanks for another great video! So good that you got to meet up with your childhood friend! It's great to get ideas from others about how you can set up a little camper.
Oh my goodness loved it Thank You 😊 How dear to see & hear about Eddie & Kitty! What a small world 🌎 after all! That is truly a blessing from Our Lord & Savior! Nancy & Ed you made my day extra special! ☀️🌻🌻🌻😌🙂😀

Ed, do the Runaway Campers ever allow other teardrop brands to join in their rallies, similar to the Tearjerkers?

It was such a nice time.
Does Jesse have a TH-cam channel or website so we can check out how she built the inside?
No she is a person we have met on the road several times. She’s vary crafty
funny how small the world gets when you start talking, isn't it? You know my brother lives close to where your grandparents were... on Ringer Rd.
Whoooo hooo! So excited to see my Koala on Hanging with Herky!!! It was a great gathering and so nice to run into you.
That was so fun running into you and you made the video
