Loved that Randy received such a great standing ovation from the crowd. Thank you for the great memories!!! Pat's Nation 💙❤️
I wish so bad Randy would’ve got a ring.
@jonnyblayze5149 man if this was a single person game I would agree with you... but as a wr you're dependent on so much to align...
@@jonnyblayze5149 doesn’t work like that in football and they were en route to one but then one of the most amazing plays in the history of sports occurred.
That ovation moved me and I'm getting chills thinking about it. Moss is just pure. One of my favorite humans.
Love ya randy u deserve it brother ❤️
I just wish Randy had more time with Tom. Think about that one...the 07 team over 5-6 years? OUCH! I witnessed the practice against the Cowboys in October 2007. They lit up Cowboys Stadium! My only game there ever!!
Man I'm Proud To Be A Lifelong Patriot Fan & Supporter
Unstoppable...until the Super Bowl.
"he had tears, coming from his eyes."
We love Randy up here like he won a ring for us. Legend! Absolute GUY!
Never saw so much unity and love in a team .... the Pats.
I was blessed to have watched them two play together
I remember every Sunday and primetime game watching launch after launch and catch after crazy catch... EPIC... Undefeated 16 game season
As a West Virginia native it always makes me smile to hear that draw come out of one of the greats #RandUniversity
That was my favorite moment of the night. There was nothing planned. Just our love and respect. I think we made it clear as a fan base that WE WANT MOSS in the Pats HOF. Once a Patriot Always a Patriot. #noquit
Those 2 mfs made me so happy as a pats fan growing up. I even cried when we lost the Super Bowl too. But Randy and Tom is still an Unstoppable force 🥹
Randy definitely represents the small black American culture in West Virginia that have never purposely had a problem with brothers or sisters from other mother's !
@@Frank-KO That was a big up to the state of West Virginia ! Lol because of what people say about it. What are you talking about ? You better read the history and what he went through in the state of West Virginia. And how his mother responded to him about the state of West Virginia and his family members that respectably still live there. Things that not only made him a great player in the NFL but a great person period. I've been following this kid since he was in high school he overcame social and cultural issues .That's why he had tears in his eyes because of the appreciation from patriot fans me as one. That will always be bigger than any championship he could have ever won in the NFL !
Randy left NE because of his antics... He's got a lot of trauma from his early days and small town. He goes down as a great WR only. His legacy is cemented, but no where to the Greatness of Jerry Rice!!
I absolutely despise the Patriots, but Randy is that dude. I wish he had a QB like Brady for just half of his prime years. The numbers he would've put up would've been completely untouchable.
I thought he lost a step with the Raiders, then boom! 😅
The whole world thought he lost a step. Then, like you said, BOOM! We (yes, I consider myself part of the organization LOL) only gave up a 4th rounder for Moss. Crazy he was in his 10th or 11th season at that time 🤯🤯🤯
@@jonnyblayze5149 Crazy that he was setting TD/receiving records 10 years into his career after the world thought he lost a step.
That was an amazing year as a fan....
Boston/New England knows how to treat champions.
Hes such a legends that the equivalent to people saying "Kobe" when shooting the ball in basketball is "Dont get Moss'ed" or "Ill Moss you" in football.
Randy Moss was unreal
Almost mythical in description. A True Legend!
Some of the greatest of all time, certified legends, never won a ring. Would’ve liked to see him randy get one but he’s a mr. Rushmore regardless
He almost caught that hailmary to make a perfect season. Imagine if he had made that catch. It was so close.
I remember watching his games my hod he was special that’s why his nickname was the freak
I’m a Broncos fan from WAAAY BACK. I was ANGRY when the Giants beat the undefeated Patriots in that SB. That Patriots team was the best team of all time. So what they lost 1 game
I think what made that offense so special is actually Randy’s one “weakness” of a limited route tree was completely covered by Welkers weakness of a lack of deep routes. When you have arguably the top deep ball catcher of all time paired with arguably the best slot receiver of all time you can’t gameplan for one. Take away the deep ball welkers going 10 catches over 100 yards, take away the middle and moss is going 7 for 150 and 2 tds
I can’t believe we lost moss over the dumbest stuff I loved what he did for us in Minnesota and was cool to see him winning again with the patriots
They were nuts mane!!!!!
I had both of them on my fantasy football team that year. I won the season too.
@Randymoss you are the goat at the wr position & you & Tom had something very special together!! I wish you had played longer with the Patriots and had won a SUPERBOWL with you on the team. I mean yall went 17-0 in 2007 but lost in the SUPERBOWL & that broke my heart as a diehard Patriots fan since 92-93 when the uniforms changed & the helmet too. I can only imagine how you felt after that game. Yall should've won but that miracle catch by I believe David tyree, was insane but I thought it would've been incomplete being that the ball hit the ground but he had & I guess held position of the ball. Or the referee should've blew the whistle when Eli was being held & almost sacked in the back field for like 3 seconds, if that would've been any other game or quarterback I believe they would have blown the whistle & that would've been the game & a W for the Patriots
"Toss it to Moss!"
First year I played fantasy football, I had Tom Brady and Randy Moss
We loved it
As a sales rep one day in a store near Charleston WV I talked with a guy that had played high school football with Randy, I asked was he that good, he said Randy at idle was better than anyone he’d ever seen at full bore, but Randy was a little crazy and knew he was great and would run over you if you made him mad.
Unstoppable till they met Eli and that defensive line. Not even a giants fan but watching the 9-7 giants beat the 18-0 patriots was the coolest thing evet
That SB loss though...😢
Production amazing
Straight cash homie 💲🫰🏽💲
He shot his way out of town with the Pats. Fahk em
He’s a Viking
Jerry rice broke the TD record in 12 games ❤
So cool
Straight cash, homie!
Pats nation will have love moss!
Just think what would have happened if Moss and Brady had been together for 10+ years !?!?
They would have been the greatest QB/WR duo of All-Time.
He and Brady obliterated the TD record with little to no familiarity. Imagine if they had worked together for the majority of their careers.
That was Tom’s Hgh era
I will never forget that season Randy Moss and Tom Brady had all those TDs
🙌🏼🙌🏼
It would have been amazing to see what would have been if Randy came to the Pats straight after Minnesota, instead of waisting his time in Oakland.
*Almost unstoppable
They were special to watch though
I thought it was 2017 for a minute i fotgot we got shaved Gronk again 😂
The Giants stopped it😂😂😂😂😂
Airng out the ball crazy
Damn, until this day, i have thoughts of regret that there are some past patriots players despite their success, who were unable to get a ring, Moss, Mankins and Seau.
What could have been.
Videos of Randy in a Patriot uniform just goes to show how incompetent the front office for the Vikings really is.
Couldnt find a QB to get him the ball if their life depended on it. Way to go Speilman.🙄🙄
If it was unstoppable why doesn't Randy have a ring?
Madden 08 they were a cheat code. You could NOT stop the deep ball to moss. I would quit every game if I seen pats up there
Aye Adlenut
What event was that
That O-line allowed 5 seconds of pass protection on average and gave up 4 sacks all season….. those 4 sacks came in the Super Bowl vs the giants. That O-line is what allowed that unbelievable success…. And give Randy moss 5 seconds to run open, SHOOOOO FORGET ABOUT IT!! No one’s covering him for that long lol
Yeah looking back at those games. In 07. It was crazy how clean Bradys pocket was most of the time.
That was a BROKENLY good team...I still don't know how the hell the Giants pulled that shit off
I think Patriots Nation took to Randy because he knew he was in a bad situation in Oakland. The way he came to New England by way of clandestine meeting with TB12
Randy was only good because Jules knew how to get the hot tub correct
All respect to Randy but the Pats never won a SB with him proving once again a great passing is not the most important thing in the NFL
Do tears come from anywhere else?
Unstoppable lol Big Blue is all im saying
Sucks Brady got hurt in 08. Because i think they would have went back to the Superbowl. Probably not undefeated. But definitely would of went again.
Like no one has scored before? He scored 23 in 16 games.
Rice scored 22 IN TWELVE GAMES
Did you forget the Vikings
Unstoppable …except that ONE time. Ffs, I’ll never get over 18-1.
Sad man leak water from eyes.
Am I too delusional to think that’s how the Texans are going to be this year😂
No ring
U guys should not talk about that season 😭😭
lol i've always thought it was so strange how they didn't win it all yet they celebrate their time together like they were a dynasty within a dynasty
As well
Rand WV
The first air raid offense???!! These boys need to learn the game. Totally skipped the 84 dolphins or 04 colts. Manning had 49, with 100 less attempts than bradys 50…why is that? BC TOM PLAYED THE WHOLE GAME WHEN THEY WERE UP 45-0 lol. Peyton had way more class, had games where he’d play 3 snaps after halftime then would sit lol. Beady chased manning his whole career
The ny giants stopped then
It was unstoppable, he says... until the SB, where Randy disappeared, as usual
@@camfinley6028 You mean when the DB feel flat on his face for no reason?
@@stephanea5364 a TD is a TD brotha can’t say he disappeared just not his usual stat-line credit the Giants defense
All TRUE. Well said..... Gronk! - Patriots Nation
Randy Moss is pure eye test man, you don’t need numbers or accolades. Just watch the plays, his greatness is undeniable
You can say that about every legendary player
@@GKA11111 true, and he’s a legend
