What makes this brilliant is you are not using a mixer and everything is hand mixed, you only need a pot on a stove and a bowl and a baking sheet. I have to try this. I want to see if I can adapt this to an air fryer
Fav chocolate chip cookie is the one from the einkorn wheat cookbook made with ghee that tastes like brown butter. I think the einkorn flour has more flavor and makes for a richer cookie.

I think the best choclate chip cookie was one that I ate that my brother brought home it was given to him because my brother decided to go back to school and he was leaving his job and his coworkers were wishing him the best and he say it was a chocolate chip cookie he says it was from a place called mothers but it was delicious
