This stowaway is going to cost DELTA a lot of $$$ if she refuses to voluntarily return to the USA. While in France, DELTA is 100% financially responsible for the stowaway's care, custody, and control, i.e., room and board, 24-hour security and all other related expenses, the return flight, and financial penalties imposed by France. If she doesn’t want to return back, DELTA cannot just abandon her in France. In end, DELTA will have to send a private jet with security guards to get her back to the USA. She’ll probably be shackled or restrained throughout the flight. It’ll be just like the movie “CON AIR”.
Someone had to have helped that woman through the checkpoints. No one can just waltz through a TSA checkpoint with only an ID. No boarding pass, the TSA won’t allow you through.

Believe me, as an employee of a Major airline, that flight cabin crew is going to be meticously scrutinized, for her being in the lavatory, as the aircraft pushed from the gate. Flight Attendants must make sure the lavs are unoccupied, before the aircraft can commence pushing. Too many flight crews, too busy shooting the bull, instead of taking care of business.
