Someone could be remotely changing things on the memo pad or wherever he had those lists down. All of those things are able to be synced up with other devices.

I know I'm late to this. But if someone were to change it, it would show the time the edit was done. You can see on his phone that the list was created "yesterday" and the time is 15.34, whereas the time on his phone is 4.31 (16.31).
also on airplane mode with no wifi turned on...

He was saying the word "Freaky" like 2-3 times before she picked number "Three" which has some kind of similar pronunciation maybe? just my theory.

One or the other. There's no such thing as magic. There's always a simple explanation for every magic trick.
He held three fingers up on his right hand when he asked her to pick a number...she subconsciously saw it and said three

Not only did he hold up the three fingers, he also pointed to it with his left hand. If you pause the video at 2:53 you can see it clearly.

Nick West my guess (just a guess) is that he had someone with cloud access to his notepad at the ready. When she chose her number the person typed ‘The Godfather’ into that position and saved it. The cloud would automatically sync across devices. Nice trick though.
Kit-o-matic 3000 nah, if you look closely at his Notes, it says that Note (the list of movies) was last updated “yesterday”, so not at the time of the trick occurring
The note would have been at the top if that was the case.
