At first glance and not seeing your TH-cam name, I couldn't imagine that thing coming out of you after 7 hours on the toilet 🤣🤣🤣...so wtg! I was wondering why you didn't wear gloves as well but I see your point now. Was glad to see the hood though. You're braver than I would be for sure! I agree that the lady that hired you is most likely not allergic but you did the right thing warning her of possible future stings.

      @johnkiss8804 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      The hive structure, exactly. That was a lot of honey, but the real treasure is the bees. On a global scale whole colonies are dieing, no bees no pollination, no pollination no food crops, It would be nice to know them little girls are buzzing around doing their part. I doubt the seller got deep enough to contaminate the inner layers but still glad he tossed it all.

      As someone that is allergic to bees you are 100% right. My father in law keeps bees and I stay away from that entire side of the yard and always have my epi pen with me when outside at their place. I would never step foot in a closed area that had a known bees hive that has been disturbed. I am also allergic to wasps and if I find a nest I let someone else take care of that. I won’t spray any fly insect I am allergic to.

      It wasn't the new owners that tainted the hives. Like he said in the video, the old owners sprayed the hive with something to kill off the bees just so they could sell the camper "as is". The new owner, even with an as is contract, may have a claim for damages. Clearly the old owners knew the bees were there and did not have them removed the right way. The lady said she is dealthy allergic to bees, what if she really is? The old owners put the new owner in harm's way NOT DISCLOSING the bees.
      It's wreckless behavior that could lead to serious consequences.

    I saw the title and wondered what hair-brain idea you came up with sitting on the john. My boyfriend likes to say it's the one place all geniuses come up with their ideas. But such a disappointment to see that comb go to waste like that. Plus you don't know what the previous owners have tried. Glad to see the hive is healthy at least.

    The buyer didn't see the bees coming in and out? It amazes me how perfect this hive is. I have always thought the "slabs" of honey comb were from the boxes bee keepers use, but no, they do it naturally. I have never seen a Queen bee, but I have seen a Queen ant. Big, the body was clear and it was hissing at me. I was weeding, don't pull weeds next to an aunt hill. Creepy, years ago a co worker had the same experience and was freaking out about a Queen ant, she was right.

    I clicked as soon as I seen your name… then I read the title 😂❤ don’t know why it took so long for it to appear (1 year old) I have been a subscriber for years.

    It stinks that you ended up with “crappy” honey! Seriously, it is terrible that people spray who knows what on poor honey bees. Your channel not only entertains viewers, it educates. I hope more people realize that if you have honey bees, don’t kill them, or try to kill them. If you can’t remove them yourself find someone who will. Yes, it may cost you, but the cost of killing off honey bees is far worse. Great video! 🐝🐝🐝👍❤️

    Too bad the honey had to be wasted, but it appears that you got a good size recovery of bees and their queen. Great job 👍.

    That was sure a waste and she wasn't allergic. If you were here doing a removal I would be locked away where no bees could get in or GONE! I know I'm allergic to hornets and jackets and I take no chances with these. I talk to them sweetly when I mow and that's it. You did GOOD and we gave up on camping years ago. Thanks, Pal, HI 2 Pop, Tommy, Pete and all the kith and kin and GBWYall!

    That was my question, how were you not getting stung. Poor bees, they are so essential to the environment. If the lady knew she had bees she should have an epi pen. This was so interesting, thank you.
