Sir, if a company has both managing director and CEO.. Then both of them shall be KMP.. or Company will have to choose any one of them as in the Act ( Section 2(51) ) "or" is written Thanks in advance..

So, in that case, CEO would automatically escape the title of " officer who is default" as he's not chosen as KMP of the Company ?
