Bahut badhiya. Yahan Delhi NCR me to 1 crore ka ek flat milta hai but wahan America me 1.5 crore me itna achcha bana hua wo bhi zameen ke saath...awesome. Mere liye ek ghar dhoondh dijiye...main wahin aake rahna chahta hoon sir 😊 wahin se animation ke video banaunga. 6-7 lakh INR mahine me to kaam chal hi jaayega mera wahan.

What I can note from content of your video that mere tour of this house establishes why USA is much higher ranked in corruption index than India.
Here in Delhi NCR Noida, the price of 3 bhk apartment currently ranges between 1 crore ruprees to 1.5 crore. This apartment is 30 year old and was built by government agency I.e.Noida authority in worst possible manner.Noida authority is headed by an IAS officer of over 25 years of active service and is mired with high levels of corruption and bribe taking.
The Baltimore house is reflection of high standards of construction that Americans follow.
