@@CookieMW09 @CookieMW09 Yeah I thought he was gone. If there was one Chaser who I thought would know something about The Big Bang Theory it would of been the Vixen.
I have watched nearly every show but there was so much I did not like about this show, exciting though it was. I have covered my "reservations" elsewhere on this but there is one "lemming-like" thing that I can not comprehend about a multitude of players, which is that, say they are offered £50,000---£4,000 and "£1,000. They reject the "50" as they are worried about being "one step nearer" when there is a £46,000 incentive difference between the Top 2 offers to do so but then take the "£4,000" instead of the "£1,000" when there is only a £3,000 difference and THIS TIME they are not worried about being one step nearer😀
If you have been watching ever since Series 1 in 2009, sometimes when the player is presented an opportunity to start a step closer to home in the head-to-head, the chaser offers a negative amount of money. Thus it becomes a dilemma for the player to choose between getting to safety and banking money. In a high pressure situation where the chaser can potentially get all of the questions right, the player would more than likely choose safety because the Final Chase requires a team effort, and the more players in the Final Chase, the bigger the collective advantage. So, would it all be worth it to sacrifice a few thousand pounds sterling to be with your team in the Final Chase? In the end, it most definitely and absolutely was.

He got two questions right and earned a correct answer from getting through, which means if he didn't cost them the -17k they would have lost! So actually, although he really annoyed me, fair play.
and the most frustrating, particularly The Male Platers but, also, for the first time ever,I have SEVERE doubts over the authenticity of Jenny's "Big Bang Theory" answer which was easy for this excellent player. I paused the screen and shouted out that she would, deliberately, get it wrong to get him through and save the show £17,000 thinking his presence would not be significant..It was.
2,000+ Shows and I have never said this b4 but Jenny is excellent but deliberately got "Professor Proton" wrong to get him through and save the Show £17,000 but his presence did make the difference. I, even, paused b4 she answered and shouted out "You are going to get this wrong". She could not get the next one wrong so they gave The I.T. Man a question on Compiters to get him through.LOL
⚠️ *SPOILER WARNING* ⚠️ 3 of them went low. They won by 3 in the final. I’m sure y’all really wouldn’t mind winning £12,500 out of this show in any other circumstance? Not to mention Chetan got within 1 of Jenny at the table; had he taken any other offer, he would not make the final. Completely agree with Brad and Jenny - it’s all about tactics, and getting everyone back to stand the best chance at even winning the money in the first place. That £72,000 gave Seats 3 and 4 the liberty to go minus and still walk away with a *_large_* chunk of money - more than teams usually play for!
Spoilers: Obviously, it turned out good for them, but WHAT AM I READING IN THESE COMMENTS!?!? NEGATIVE 17K, ARE YOU MAD!!!??? I know it's a good strategy to sacrifice some of the earnings to get a full house, but -17 is insane!
I’m sorry but these chasers should be ashamed to give minus offers all the time! What’s the point of applying to go on if you’re gonna go low! It’s pathetic
The chasers don't make the offers from what I once read. Although there was one time when mark allowed the contestant to change their offer to a higher amount. Maybe they just went along with it.
Cannot believe Chetan took the minus £17k. What an absolute crime
True
True and jenny getting that big bang question wrong on purpose 😡

Disgusting... that is not on...
If he did this when I was there I would ask for my £17000 that he robbed me of
Congratulations £50,000 👏🏻
And because of him, they were 3 answers ahead and they won with exactly 3 answers ahead.
Exactly so many people don't realize this, without him they would have gone home with nothing
-£17,000 is genuinely atrocious
Jenny's negative offer is my favourite part of the show... It reveals the shameless parasite 🪱🪱
My favourite movie of all time. Star Wars: Return of the Jedi

Great call to do so .
Everyone's crying over -17k but he made the difference. In other words with him they won 12.5k without theyd have won 0
Minus £17k! That must be some sort of record?

Quite possibly the best show yet!

He’s not reading fast enough for the chaser to win.
lol
The Vixen put up a valiant effort ... alas, twas well earned by the team.

Hello, Police?
I just watched a chase team get robbed of £17,000
Chetan -17k what a crime
Jenny getting that big bang question wrong on purpose so that she can just let chetan in the final with -£17k?! That’s ridiculous 😡
5:40 Didn't Bradley just ask who the SON of Richard III was? That was either a terrible question or terribly asked
How can they beat the vixen😕

Can't believe they didn't win the 50k after me watching it hoping
The won it what do you mean
I know they were so close.
Good win! But the reality is only 6000 each after tax of course
And yes it are required to pay tax, as I was on that show and had to pay
Joke government run by woman, disgrace to the nation
She needs... you know
That ended 5 minutes ago
Second! ❤❤
No one cares about it and don't gimme that I do if I commented because I legit don't.
I love jenny's negative offers . She reveals who is parasite 🪱🪱🪱
She and Brad always team up too save the show money and 9/10(Not this show) they romp home.
