your sauce is not good, look how when you put it on your veal it runs of like water, its not thick it is too runny, needed more time to bind
too quick with the sauce and hence why its watery and not thick and lush

Sauce should be a touch thicker.
Veal should of cooked a few minutes in the sauce, the difference would of been night and day.
Sauce to thin! Looks bad!

Admittedly I fry a few more slices of veal than you did.
Should I use a different oil than the olive oil I use ?

Very nice and very quick 🐨
It looked very quick cos he only made 3 pieces of veal try and fry 9 pieces the flour starts to burn in the oil . I had to clean the fry pan and fry lit in batches.
