I feel so bad for him. He could’ve easily won that if he hadn’t low rolled that IS-4 but then again, if he had hit that first shot on the lower plate, he would’ve survived. In total, he had 6 missed shots

I doubt that it would've been easy to win. By the time he fired his final shot (at the IS-4), the clock already was below 60 seconds. Even if he highrolled and thus killed the IS-4, it would've required him three to four additional shots to kill the FV215b (183). That makes between 15 and 20 seconds of reload time alone, leaving him with around thirty seconds of battle time left. And he would've needed to play safe because the death star could've easily sneezed him out of existence with a non-penetrating HE-shell. It was winnable, yes, but it certainly wouldn't have been an "easy" victory.
