Joel is so good with time. He always has great awareness of how fast he needs to hurry. If he's in a timed contest against other eaters, he will fly but if he doesn't have to hurry, he goes pretty fast but takes time to enjoy the experience too. And notice he's going faster than Markus, who is doing well, while talking the whole time and not appearing to go fast at all. Marcus had that clear "I'm done" look with two patties left.
