Honestly since 60% deck require summons including FiNaLy and nilou, sea horse is too broken. The best they can do to nerf seahorse is that dmg block only possible once per round. Twice with talentcard, and increase seahorse HP to 9. This way, he cant block 3 summons per round which is broken.
too much dice tuning for zhongli. it's understandable since you really can't afford 5 omni/geo dice every round. desperately need some forms of dice manipulation there
