…it’s a turbine, not a perpetual motion machine. You can absolutely run a small fan off a small turbine like that with a good bit of water running through it.
Also, a DC battery can’t power a 240V AC fan, so quiet with your negativity and let this nice man enjoy sharing his hobby

Why don't you just try watching and taking notes deside to build one yourself, if you have any kids or grandkids you could make it a family project that we'll be standing for years if built in the right location, on a piece of property in your family in a creek bed . This is a great way to live off grid and have at least , if it's built in a seasonal creek, it would supply free power source for part of the year.😏⚡🎧☢️☣️⚛️
