Your comment is interesting. Yet I always wonder about future. Archaeologists finding skeletons w/twin plastic things atop rib cages. They’ll call them “ceremonial objects.” Close enough.
@@YourLoyalDeserter No not in my opinion, at all. The only way u agree with that is if you like the let your self go look, which I don't. Why don't you like Madonna's look, do u think she did to much plastic surgery, that went wrong? Do u like the Ariana Grande, Bella Hadid, Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stanfai, Christy Brinkley's look, or do u like the let yourself go look like Bridgett Bardoe, who was, at one time, was one of the most beautiful models ever.
This is mind boggling. The worth of women really still depends on their appearance. We just can't accept all her hard work and talent without criticizing her appearance. She's still alive, she's gonna age. She should be allowed to do so.
noein road Well, Madonna and billions of other women, choose to wear make-up and have all these surgeries. No one's forcing them to do it. Women can do whatever they want and yet they still are obsessed with their looks. Don't say "society forces them", or whatever. Women *choose* to do this. No one's got a gun to their heads. They're their own worst enemy. Not sure they're doing this for men either as most men prefer a natural look, not a woman who looks like a clown about to join the circus!
@@Father-Nature Funny how men say they prefer a natural look when the Instagram chicks get so much attention. Or are we going to pretend they are natural? And we know it's done for the attention and money they can get.
Because a woman's worth is her appearance and her ability to care for others. It's biological. You can complain about it all you like but it will never change so might as well just accept it.
@@peachesandcream8753 Correct. Youth, beauty and fertility (motherhood) will alwaya be desired in women. Success (money), power, strength, good looks and height (to a degree) are valued in men. That will never change. Women complaining about being held up to beauty standards and saying "it's unfair" would be like men moaning about being broke a and women should date them anyway. Life does not work like that.
@@Father-Nature exactly. Many women love to complain about perceived injustices while never bothering to look at the other side. They're willing to call men incels and insult them in many other ways while pleading for understanding in the same breath. As a woman myself, I've found comfort in knowing what I am and what is desired of me. There is nothing worse than striving for something that you can't have or be; it leaves you miserable. I would also like to point out that many of the beauty standards women love to blame men for are actually created and facilitated by women; we are our own worst enemy a lot of the time and I hate how many women deflect that onto men. Women need to take responsibility for themselves.
This is so scary! I absolutely understand how it feels to get older. I personally find it difficult to realize that I am no longer "desirable," at 58 years, but this is such a slippery slope. I had no idea she'd done so much work back in the 1990s. I don't recognize her anymore.
None of us want to get or look older lol. It's just about aging gracefully, exercise is big. I've seen beautiful women well into their 60s, 70s etc when they work out a lot. Sure, most of us aren't going to look 20 forever but you can still look good. I think minor botox, face and neck lifts are okay...just needs to be done on a smaller scale and say no to filler, especially over doing it....the filler is what makes people look crazy lol.
@@lucianaromulus1408 I had filler done once for under my eyes due to dark circles. It was very nice. They only lasted about 9 months. Maybe I'll get them again idk. I also take better care of my skin now that I'm 56. It did give me a more youthful look not having so much dark under my eyes and I don't have the worst of that. This was back in 2019. I don't understand why one would over fill their face. I did have 2 weeks of puffy eyes then the filler settled in
@@4kats the only filler I was thinking of getting (I'm almost 32 now) was in my tear troughs, but like a really tiny bit. It can look great when people don't go overboard and go to the right professional. Glad to hear it worked for you 👍
The first facelift was in 1995 when she was only 37. Completely unnecessary. Most plastic surgeons do not even recommend such a procedure until the mid-40s. But from a purely aesthetic principle, she looked extraordinary well into 2012 or so, well past her 50s. That is very impressive.
Madonna looked her best in her late 30s and early 40s, when she was still looking naturally beautiful. Think of that classic Ray of light album cover photo shoot. She was forty, had wrinkles and other signs of natural aging, but still looked gorgeous!
In Ray of Light and Frozen, she was so beautiful, with refined and harmonious features. I used to be in love with her. All of her. Now she resembles a puppet (hard for me to even state that), and her face looks smooth and structured, but one cannot use the word beautiful any longer. Madonna stopped looking like Madonna. She looks like an engineered version of herself. And her body is no more spectacular the way it used to be and inspire (me). Her mindset has definitely shifted to not caring as much about tautness. Which is fine, if she’s happy with it!
@@Lemarcus03I disagree. You can do an upper and lower blepharoplasty without changing your eye shape. Anti-aging is anti-aging, not reshaping something into something it never was.
I saw her in 2018 in London for an “interview with Madonna” for the BBC and I was less than 20 feet away and when I saw her in person I was literally shocked by how incredibly beautiful she is in person also by how tiny she actually is but her entire persona is just larger than life. No matter what she has or hasn’t had done she radiates this beauty and confidence that I have never seen before..
@@aranielleb7718 I’ve met her, but I meet many famous people in my work, and I’m never star struck. Famous people are still just people. She is tiny and much more attractive in person than on photos.
She’s taller than Lady Gaga who is 5’2.” She pointed it out to Gaga after they performed together. Madonna claims to be 5’4” but at her age now she’s probably shorter than that. She probably shrunk.
I’m not shocked she’s had so much with the way the media constantly wants to tear her down and compares her to how she looked in the 80s and early 90s. She is the archetype of the modern day female pop star. She deserves respect. Can’t we let women age? I mean I’m not mad at her or anyone who wants some rejuvenation. But maybe if the media stopped shitting on women they wouldn’t feel so much pressure to stay young and beautiful. It’s gross.
Stop. People was only talking on how provocative and shock effect she liked to be in her Art and in interviews was not about how she looks that's all internal
People always say, 'can't she just age naturally', 'it would be so much more dignified for a woman her age to matured naturally'. As much as the media loves to zoom in on procedures Madonna may have had, that same media would zoom in on her aging naturally and comparing her to what she used to look like. For a performer of her caliber, she can't win going in either direct. Any work she has had done and put under a microscope is better than what she would get if she had no procedures. We would see endless photos of wrinkles, sagging skin, etc. If coloring gray hair is not criticized then why are fillers and botox?
yes. i don’t understand why it’s so popular to get a cookie-cutter body type nowadays. Every influencer online has the same breast implants+weird bbl combo which quite honestly gets boring. I think this is why wolfiecindy stands out among other ig models, her not changing her body actually makes her interesting to look at
@@Patrick3183 Talk about ignorance. I have at least 4 cousins who have huge booties and thighs to go with it (they're white). Different races can have different body types. Now, personally, I do agree that bbl's look weird on body types that are naturally straight or athletic. You have to have the thighs and curved for it... but if you have that then you'd already have the bum to go along with it, I reckon. 🤷🏻♀️
Her plastic surgery looked really beautiful up until 2012 (in my opinion). She's gone overboard since then. BTW I love watching your videos, Lorry. Your voice is so soothing and literally puts me in a good mood! :)
I agree 100% On The Super Bowl Half Time show of 2012 was (in my opinion) the last time she looked good and still like herself!! 😢🙁☹ The worst thing she has done is the lower eye lid surgery! She looks souless! 😢😅😔😰
Her eyes and face shape when she was young… ethereal angel. Young Madonna would have made a very popular e-girl today, she has the ideal face for the look.
I would die to see Madonna streaming league of legends/apex lmfao Also she'd definitely go neck to neck with Olivia if young Madonna debuted this year. I wanna hear a modernized version of her debut album
this is truly frightening 18:24. as a Gen X fan who grew up with Madonna I'm just speechless in regards to what she looks like now. i know most won't understand but when i look at her today i almost feel like the real Madonna is no longer with us. it's especially sad to me because she's one of the few surviving megastars from the 80s, but when I look at her now I no longer see the Madonna i remember. 😟
Gen X here as well who adores Madonna in the 80s and 90s. I would prefer to see her age gracefully. No matter what she looked like as she ages, everyone will still remember her as the woman who broke the conventional, made numerous hits and won multiple awards. She will always be one of the best and most remembered female artists because of her work, not her looks. Not sure why she resorted to these.
Personally, I find Madonna's current look to be a bit frightening. It may be deliberate on her part to appear "otherworldly", but to my eye it's disturbing. I like people to still look like themselves, even if surgery has made a difference. A matter of taste, of course.
@Allison Bauch I hear you. IMO the issue isn't so much all the work she's had done...it is her body, her choice after all. Like you mentioned, it is easily discernable at this point. Honesty is everything...if she was upfront about it, it would be an easier pill to swallow.
Thank you so much for educating me. I just hit my 60th year and it seems like the day after my birthday, my face aged a decade even though I've been taking good care of it. I made a list of needed procedures and discussed them with my supportive husband. You have put the brakes on me because after watching this video, I realized that even with the unlimited resources Madonna has, there can be unintended outcomes. I.e. I thought fat was fat with no idea that depending on where it was harvested from is such an important factor. Thank you. I have a lot more research to do.
You seem to be such a beautiful woman, inside and out. I know it's tempting to change your imperfections, but embrace age! I'm seventeen and I used to miss being a kid so bad (my birthdays are hard because I hate that another year of my youth has gone by). Bu if I do that forever, I won't enjoy life! I need to live in the present moment of being 17 and having so much to explore, and you need to live in the moment of having turned 60 and having SO much to explore. No day passes us twice, so make the most of it! Media portrays young adults so much that it feels like life ends after our youth goes away - and maybe that's why everyone wants to be seen as young. But life doesn't stop there. And being young/looking good is not going to be important when you're gone. The memories you leave behind, the connections you made with others (and you seem to have an amazing one with your husband) is what really matters. I already have some wrinkles under my eyes from laughing so much in my childhood, mostly from my dad's jokes, and I think it's adorable because I'll always carry his memory with me, even after he passes. Each and every part of the body and face you've lived in for the past 60 years has a story to tell. Isn't that beautiful? Hugs from a teenager in Brazil.
@@isadora5826 @Secretária Geral Isadora Wait.. You are 17 y.o. ?! All that mature, lovely wisdom?? Wow, you are a gem!! 💎 🌼 Your parents did a really nice job.
Very well done. The fact that you are so respectful of Madonna and her right to do whatever she pleases with her body was refreshing. She receives so much hate when she is a living legend. I have been a fan now for 35 years and this was the best video ever done on Madonna's evolving looks. Well done!
I don’t know why I never thought about how fat accumulated differently depending on the part of the body it originated from regardless of where it’s moved. I’m shook
Yes, it's absolutely true. Liver cells are expert at what Liver cells do; skin cells do what THEY should do (hopefully haha)- ditto for heart, lungs, pancreas, kidneys etc. It's really amazing - they all begin as 'stem' cells. Stem cells can become any type of cell, i.e. heart, liver, kidney, etc. but once assigned, that's it - they can't revert to Stem cells again or suddenly decide they now want to be a different type of cell. Fat cells can change from producing additional fat from glucogen, to losing that ability, which I believe has alot to do with how they respond to insulin & glucose. I was watching a health podcast recently and it is true that the fat cells in women's hips & glutes easily gain & maintain more fat than men in those areas - as well as in other parts of their body. I would sure love it if the fat cells in my butt would produce more fat than those in my abdomen, apparently are(!)...or even in my upper arms, thighs, etc. But, no those fat cells do not seem to be at all lipominergic, but my abdomen sure seems to be. I strength train and make sure to eat the right amounts of quality protein to help build muscle - and let me just say, it is a constant struggle in older age to TRY to maintain ideal body composition 😒
@@willowsprings7588 what does WHAT mean?...have you read the replies to the comment about fat cells? In a nutshell, if you have fat from your own body injected as a filler to pad your face where you've lost 'volume', i.e. 'fat', you want that fat you be taken from the part of your body where fat cells 'mind their manners', and are not crazily lipominergic (producing extra fat cells exponentially)...in your FACE!)
Madonna's looks have changed so much over the years from Cinderella (1980) into the wicked stepmother currently (2022). Such is the evolution of women in our society, who are forbidden to age gracefully. The fact that she was a great beauty and fiercely talented singer and dancer has been almost completely ignored. She is a legend and an icon by her own right!
I never did understand why Madonna augmented her face to such extreme degrees or why her goal was to change her naturally small and sculpted face, and her naturally small and sculpted butt, into balloons. Sometimes I thought she might have just gained 40 pounds; I think she did gain some (totally understandable at her age). I wonder about that diet of hers. I think she goes on and off it. Once she boasted about scarfing Krispy Kreme donuts. Anyway, I join the chorus of those happy to see you back and on the mend, Lorry.
I actually think her diet is super strict and back in the day she was an exercise addict. she relies on surgery now & it saddens me. Would have loved her to grow old naturally 😔
@@GABE_is_here That's exactly what I was thinking. It seems like so many are going for the "Kardashian" look. I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing though. 🤷♀️
Ms. Lorry, please know that you continue to allow for me to feel worthwhile as an everyday human rather than some super wealthy celebrity. I thank you for pulling back the curtain and reducing my anxiety regarding my own appearance. I remain grateful as a longtime subscriber.
She’s got a very unique look all her own and so distinctive. She was beautiful before surgery and slightly more so after the earlier procedures - debatable really as it was refinement but she was gorgeous pre surgery. Her physique is amazing. However, time to slow down the procedures as she’s started to look weird - Hollywood weird. She’s a legend for sure. Admire her enormously.
Yes. Too much ‘anti-aging’ starts looking strange at a certain age. Not many people can pull it off (a la Dolly Parton or Joan Rivers) I follow Madonna on Instagram, she gets a lot of hate and mockery in her comments for trying too hard to look young and hip. I think people would be more impressed with her if she rocked a little graceful aging - after all her body is still way better than most women half her age.
@@ALT-vz3jn The right plastic surgeon would make her appearance more appealing, but it seems like the ones she goes to does the most with no consideration of proportion, symmetry of her face and body type
@@deed2157 to be honest I think it is Madonna who wants these looks. From what Lorry observes it seems she LIKES the pillowface look which is why she keeps adding back fillers after facelifts.
I love that Madonna maintained the small gap in her front teeth - it's part of her beauty. 🥰 The work she had done in 2012 was the best in her adult years. Her physique was always amazing...until she she decided to do the canthopexy, the excessive fillers - and whatever she did to her butt at 17:05 ....there is nothing right about that work (but she fixed it) ....but Lorry you're right, she adjusted a few errors and despite her mix or healthy lifestyle and partying is still in great shape and still looks iconic . I have seen her in person, maybe 6 times over the years - and she is one of the (very) few celebrities that I've met, or encountered, that looks as good, or better, in person.
@@JNB520 lol, look how glassy her eyes are in many of her 80's and 90's pictures. I lived in Miami in the late 90's when she moved there, in my same neighborhood. I would see her out and about - and at nightclubs - all the time, definitely partying. She's also commented in the past confirming this. (She dated Sean Penn and Dennis Rodman, that should be telling unto itself.)
Is anyone else creeped out by how many times you would have to go under to achieve this? And all the healing time. She looks great in my opinion, but woah.
I am surprised she has put herself at risk so cavalierly. Anything can go wrong during these procedures. She is valuable and if something happened to her…. We would all be worse off if Madonna left us.
@@Patrick3183 I think she already has. I haven't seen or heard anything about her in about 2 years. I heard that she has been executed for crimes against humanity and treason or she is at gitmo and the women you see are doubles. When is the last time she has performed, toured or given her two cents worth about what's going on today in the world of politics. That is not like her. So quiet. Something isn't right. In fact many celebrities are disappearing.
Cher has done it better IMO. You can see the work, but she still looks like herself. There’s a point in which a lot of celebrity faces start looking like cats or something: Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff, Jocelyn Wildenstein, Mickey Rourke, Michael Jackson, Donatella Versace… the list of overdoing it is long. Lorry, you should make a video of “plastic surgery taken too far” and mention some of these people I just listed. I would love to see when it would have been the moment to stop, and what procedures they should have gotten instead. A reverse engineering if you will.
There was another video done on Madonna recent face changes. The guy said she looks a bit like a grey alien the shape of her face is very different than what it was. I have to agree
Why would you want one of the few TH-camrs who actually is knowledgeable about these procedures to also be a jerk ?! You can find that anywhere. Lorry manages to point out what's what in the work people have had done in an organized and knowledgeable way, *without* criticizing people because she knows that THAT is what leads people to hate themselves and their own looks.
Thank you so much for being honest about the impact of Covid. Even getting it once can impact your health forever. I really respect you for being one of the most honest and genuine people on this platform. Heal well.
IMO, When a celebrity reaches the place where they are no longer SETTING trends, they would probably be better off resting on their actual attributes (in this instance M's voice and amazing ability to still MOVE as if she's still young), instead of chasing after the trends of youth. To me, it just emphasizes her age.
You covered this so well, she probably doesn't even remember all the surgery she had done. She should probably watch this for reference. She still looks pretty good for her age,and you are very impressive and informative!
She is a different person. The real Madonna is not walking around as a free woman, this is a stand in. Go look at pics of others like Jay Z, Ben Affleck, Khloe's pics that were trashed for photo shop were not her, either. It's a deep rabbit hole. These people are done.
To see how much She had changed over the years makes me want to cry. I grew up idoling her look from late 80's and 90's specially her eyes and lips, and her natural makeup look, too. It is sad to see how forced she might have felt to seem younger. She was a natural beauty. 😟😢
She looked so beautiful when she was natural in the 80s in the video Borderline and of course during her Like A Virgin Tour. Her deep Italian eyes and full brows were gorgeous.
She went overboard, her face looks huge now. I love how she was able to smooth out her skin a lot recently but her face is now too puffy and big. She was never very beautiful to begin with and she definitely fixed some things to look more attractive but I think she is still very charming and doesnt need so much work done now. The bbl is atrocious tbh. She looked the best between 2006 and 2012 and during the 90s.
First of all, I have to commend you for being so kind and respectful. This was my first time seeing one of your videos and I think you did a fabulous job. Now to Madonna. As someone who is now in his 50s, I know firsthand how hard one has to work to stay in shape. For this alone, I gave her tons of credit. Watching this video and having seen her brief appearance at the VMA, I feel very sad. I just think that it is horrible that so many women feel the need to resort to such extremes. I am an American and I now live in Germany. Here, at least for the most part, people are allowed to age and it`s okay to have wrinkles or a double chin. And I think this is exactly the way it should be. Things are worsening here, but I do not believe they will ever be as bad as America. A woman is so much more than her appearance. That`s my opinion.
I'm so glad you're feeling better. I missed your uploads. Could you do Lil Kim? I'm a big fan of hers and always wondered what she got done that caused such a drastic change.
Her Ex boyfriends Used to beat her and tell her that she was ugly which was far from true Biggie Broke her nose smh And Kim has had multiple broken noses from her Abusers
Madonna is the same age as my mum and it's crazy how different someone with no work done vs a lot of work, can look. I think Madonna would have gotten away with only some Botox and filler and still looked Hollywood-ready because she was beautiful and had good Italian genes !
Lorry, maybe you can talk about the 'uncanny valley'. It's a concept that usually applies to human-like robots, but Madonna's surgeries remind me of it. The concept has to do with looking at a face and getting a feeling of strangeness, a sense of unease, and a tendency to be scared or freaked out. It relates to 'human likeness' and how robots can be so realistic, they give you this same uneasy feeling. So does excessive plastic surgery. Might be interesting to discuss! Love ya
Thank you ..I was looking for the words and couldn't find them and you absolutely defined my thoughts. Madonna reminds me of what the backrooms would look like if they were a human.
18:25 seeing her here makes me so sad, she does not even look like herself but a drag caricature performer. I hope a lot of it is reversible... to age is not really a bad thing, she is still a beautiful. magnetic woman.
@@Valentina-Steinway She is doing too much plastic surgery maybe. I would definitely make sure i didn't over do it. U don't want to look like you had plastic surgery., that oversized butt looks terrible I wouldn't want to look like Jamie Lee Curtis either, she looks terrible.
I’ve always loved her eyes. They’re especially stunning in videos like “Rain”. for someone so conscious and in control of her image, her PS at times looks out of control. Her fillers are so crazy! Also given how healthy she is she could possibly keep quite well even if age shows, but that’s clearly something she wishes to eradicate.
I missed your content so much! Thank you for making the effort even though you’re still in the process of recuperating. I admire you so much. You’re looking beautiful, by the way! Hope you have a lovely day ❤️❤️❤️
Madonna helped me going through a rough childhood and teenagehood, her music and her goal oriented personality were a really positive example for me when I was a kid, I don't always like the outcome of the procedures she went through but there will always have a place in my heart for Madonna, thank you so much for this video 🥰
Hi Lorry! I just wanted to say I think you have a really considerate way of talking about people's appearances. I really like that you don't say that people's original features needed correcting and you don't condemn people who have chosen plastic surgery either. I really appreciate your videos.
The problem was the Dr. Brandt philosophy may he rest in peace. The problem was that he saw younger faces which were much fuller around the cheeks and tried to replicate that in older people. It cannot be replicated. It really breaks my heart to see so many other people using fillers on their cheeks today. It’s one of the saddest most unnecessary things. And who knows what the damage is going to be? I know from looking at my face in my 20s there’s no way to replicate the way that the natural contour sat before aging. It can’t be done.
I don't understand it. I have a full round face in my 20s. And I so miss my thin face I used to have back in my teens. Why do these older women want the fat pillow faces?
Madonna has done three things- surgery, fillers and photoshop galore on her IG and FB. There are pics of her online walking in Italy on her birthday last week and she looks pretty different than what she puts on social media, it's ridiculous. And I'm glad you are getting better!!!
KAZ411 - viewed her Italy visit and, idk - it may be because we photograph heavier than we are, but she looked pretty wide in the waist/trunk area. How on earth she can keep her bones & musculature strong & healthy with that strict macrobiotic diet, idk...no dairy, no meat = no quality protein - which we need to increase as we age. Strength training can only do so much, but as we age we also need a good amount of quality dietary protein. Sadly, I don't think this will end well for her. The time will come when going under the knife just to maintain all that 'work' she's had done will become very risky....not to mention all the stress on her body with all those surgeries & 'procedures' over the years cannot be a good thing...unfortunately, the stress damage and unavoidable inflammation is cumulative.
Me neither, but I suppose if it can be done it will be in the plastic surgery world. I have to wash my hands at least 50 times a day at work so I use retinol on them at night. It has made such a difference.
I'm really freaked out by people voluntarily clipping muscles and paralysing parts of their faces. When I was younger I got an infection that left my face paralysed for a few weeks and it was such a horrible experience. Can't imagine doing that to myself permanently.

@Karma Consciousness No it usually doesn't I have worked with plenty of women that have gotten bbl and it doesn't look awful and actually goes with their thighs and calves.
I think she was just a victim of wanting to still be in todays modern beauty standards. As she stated she is all about trends and right now thats a big but, and that just......just doesnt suit her body type :(
@@CheerUp2 I know but she is a mature woman and should've realize that not every trend needs to be followed. She's already a legend but tries too much to stay relevant and it gives me second hand embarrassment. She needs a therapist, not a bbl.

I was about 3 feet away from her when she was leaving a sound rehearsal in Chicago a couple of years ago. I was outside the venue she was playing at and she walked out the front doors right past me with her security and boyfriend. Structurally she looked abnormal but I will never forget how good her skin looked naturally with no makeup.
I mean…our bodies are like a car…but instead of trading it in for a new one we gotta keep the same one for life. So I totally get why some people wanna accessorize and tune it up when it starts to show wear and tear. Especially a perfectionist like Madonna. She’s not settling for a hoopty! No harm in it, getting older is hard! So if it helps you feel better about yourself, go for it! We all die in the end and in the big picture it doesn’t matter what kind of “car you drove” Her talents and work ethic have made a huge contribution to our culture and I think it’s important to view her like any other human being- without judgement and with some compassion! We need to continue to accept people’s rights over their own bodies and free will.
No our bodies are NOT like a car. Not even. Our bodies are meant to function until our 100s IF we give it the right nutrition, environment, love, etc. If the joints wear out for example, it's because of poor choices. There is ver advanced alternative medicine to use to get the body to heal itself IF it needs help.
First off, so glad that you are doing a lot better Lorry! Second, I love how you are so kind and respectful with discussing what a celebrity may or may not have done. You always seem to emphasize the natural beauty qualities while also admiring the possible adjustments people have made.
Despite trying to defy gravity, one thing for sure Madonna does keep her health and stamina on the top notch, except for Cher though, no lady in her 60s or 80s would dance or exude the kind of energy these 2 divas have..
Great video!!! I'm a big fan, I've seen her in concert up close (front row) five times: 2006, 2009, 2012, 2015 and 2020. Also a few weeks ago I saw her up close in Harlem, because I was in NY by chance (I live in Europe). She always looks much better in person than in photos, I must say. Over time she had many moments where her face got worse and others where she suddenly got younger. For example, in April/May 2015 she suddenly looked 10 years younger than she did the month before. Now it's been three years that she's definitely gotten worse, her eyes look smaller and also more asymmetrical, which is a natural asymmetry of hers that she's had all her life and is now more noticeable. And her face has widened a lot, especially in the cheekbone area. Every time I had seen her (until 2015) and looked closely at her she always looked very youthful, I would have said she was a woman in her 40s. But when I saw her in London in 2020 I noticed her changes and you could tell she's a woman in her 60s who has had a lot of work done on her face. She still looks good, but older and unnatural. Until 2016 you couldn't even see so blatantly that she had had cosmetic procedures. However recently, when I saw her two feet away in Harlem, I saw her rejuvenated a bit again. Her face is still puffy (she had very long hair forward which covered it up) but compared to a year ago when I saw her in concert, she definitely looks younger. She looked stunning that day, even in photos.... I thought about a possible facelift, I can't explain this change otherwise. Or maybe she stopped fillers for a while. The photos you chose may not be the most beautiful of the various periods, you showed her worst moments too, but you reconstructed beautifully the surgeries she did. Although in my opinion she had her butt implants in 2012 and not in 2008 (her butt was identical from 2006 to 2008, it's just that dress that gives the impression that it was smaller). Still, she has made great use of cosmetic surgery, but in the last three/four years she has definitely gone overboard and lost her signature features. And the butt she has today is a bit ridiculous because it's too big for her body shape. And in fact in the last few years she looks less slender and much shorter. I can understand why she went through all of that though. The social media, the filters and all that. But I love her anyway!
I remember when she got those huge cheek implants or whatever she did 😱 She is always beautiful though. The pictures were fun to see 😊 Good to hear that you’re feeling better!
Yup! Her huge cheeks were done by the late Dr. Brandt. I think that’s why her latest work is so severe, to correct what he did. Personally, I think she looks beautiful as well!
Her cheekbones were so high to begin with that the cheek implants were just too big. Lorry is 100% correct, it really took the emphasis off her stunning eyes.
I would love to see your take on Eiza Gonzalez. She has one of the most drastic changes to her face, seeing her before photos is like seeing a whole new different person.
i remember seeing her in a film and was crushing on her so bad, i looked her up and saw how she looked before…i was so shocked i almost didn’t believe it
Madonna will not ever be respected solely for her music, critics will always summarize a talented woman ultimately by her looks. You're doomed because all of us age and it's always been so much more difficult for women to age in public than it has been for men. Another great job Lorry!

perfume commercial during covid epidemic is quite ironic because a lot of people have theirs sense of smell temporarily lost after suffering from the virus.
You did a great job distinguishing between the suffixes -plasty and -pexy! So many people use them interchangeably or incorrectly. The suffix -plasty means, “surgical repair of”, eg. rhinoplasty, or canthoplasty, while the suffix -pexy means, “to put in place”, eg. orchiopexy (surgical procedure to correct criptorchidism, or undescended testes). Medical Terminology was the most practically useful course I’ve ever taken. Even if you don’t recognize a medical term, you can pretty much figure out what it means by breaking down the term to its basic components, prefix, root(s) and suffix.
Love Madonna! She’s an incredible woman. Makes me sad that perhaps the newer generation doesn’t know how much she broke down walls for future artists… Also glad to see you doing better!
She didn’t break down walls. All Madonna did was pump her cheeks with silicone and now her ass cheeks with something?????? Another bad influence on young girls opinions of their bodies. Madonna is not accepting aging very well. She’s still trying to be 20. That’s not breaking walls at all.
@@LGAussie well you are both right, when she was young she was a major influence but this trying to stay 20 is sad...like someone else said, she should age gracefully with small tweaks......but no matter, there will always people that love her and those that think she's gone too far. Must be hard on people who are always in the spotlight 😕
Lori, I love your honesty regarding your own journey through cosmetic surgery. Your voice is very beautiful and very pleasant to listen too. I was wondering if you could do a video of how much individual procedures cost approximately depending on cities and Dr’s. I saw a video with Dominique Sasha on Non- Surgical procedures and was wondering if you could let your viewers know after each of your videos of procedures the approximate cost . I’ll keep tuning in to see if you can do that or perhaps have done that in a previous video. Stay safe and healthy and thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness regarding each of your videos.

Rose you look great 😊
@@lucianaromulus1408 I had filler done once for under my eyes due to dark circles.
Agreed!
th-cam.com/video/gLFWRDsx5AI/w-d-xo.html
In Ray of Light and Frozen, she was so beautiful, with refined and harmonious features. I used to be in love with her. All of her. Now she resembles a puppet (hard for me to even state that), and her face looks smooth and structured, but one cannot use the word beautiful any longer. Madonna stopped looking like Madonna. She looks like an engineered version of herself. And her body is no more spectacular the way it used to be and inspire (me). Her mindset has definitely shifted to not caring as much about tautness. Which is fine, if she’s happy with it!
I respectfully disagree! I thought her Confessions era was her most beautiful. Madonna was even stunningly beautiful at fifty.
Her Ray of Light era is my favorite ever; she was downright ethereal.

It’s gross.
Spot on. it's just that we wanted Madonna to remain leader of 'no fucks given' and now she's a Kardashian wanna be follower of head to toe fakeness.
@@julief634 exactly. Madonna proves she was a fake, after all.
Stop. People was only talking on how provocative and shock effect she liked to be in her Art and in interviews was not about how she looks that's all internal
Well said !
Madonna's fake butt or bbl is not the vibe. It does not fit her athletic frame IMHO
Agreed. Her catlike body was perfection before the butt procedures.
Yes. And white girls aren’t supposed to have huge booties.
yes. i don’t understand why it’s so popular to get a cookie-cutter body type nowadays. Every influencer online has the same breast implants+weird bbl combo which quite honestly gets boring.
So you expected her to be the same as she was is the 80s?
@@akpenguin1859
Ofc not. Just like ageing human
@Allison Bauch Oh, my goodness -- I didn't relaize she was claiming to not have had plastic surgery. How ridiculous!
@Allison Bauch Madonna has NEVER said she's never had surgery - you've made that up. She HAS said she's against having to talk about it.
@Allison Bauch Grear. Post the link to this interview then.
You're absolutely right, she looks hideous!

This is frightening!😳😳😳
😆😆
Wait, I still don't get it. What does that mean?

@@missmary7 What do you mean ? They are clones ?
What's up with the people talking about clones whenever a celebrity has too much work done? Act a fool, act a fool 😐
@@PhilNLowe I didn't say clone. That's 100% not Madonna. You'll see.
huge young madonna fan and i love this because her face is such an ever changing mystery to me!

Yes I agree
she was 22 back then . everyone is cute at that age.
@@PHlophe but she was especially cute

Glad to see you looking healthier 🙏🏼
She went overboard, her face looks huge now. I love how she was able to smooth out her skin a lot recently but her face is now too puffy and big. She was never very beautiful to begin with and she definitely fixed some things to look more attractive but I think she is still very charming and doesnt need so much work done now.
The bbl is atrocious tbh. She looked the best between 2006 and 2012 and during the 90s.
she was always beautiful
@@bubbybets9336 you kind of agreed with the comment. They didn't say she wasn't beautiful but they said she was never VERY beautiful.
Yes please!!
Her Ex boyfriends Used to beat her and tell her that she was ugly which was far from true Biggie Broke her nose smh And Kim has had multiple broken noses from her Abusers
Yes that would be an interesting video!
YES Queen Bee would be very interesting. I'd love to see her PS work looked at without sensationalizing it
You trynna make Lorry do a whole series. Bless her heart, but Lil Kim is a thesis, not a video
WHAT AN RESEARCH!!! No mistakes in case of dates of photos! Congratulations, excellent video
She should’ve learned from her mistakes and stopped in 2012......her obsession with looking young beyond her years is unhealthy.
18:25 seeing her here makes me so sad, she does not even look like herself but a drag caricature performer. I hope a lot of it is reversible... to age is not really a bad thing, she is still a beautiful. magnetic woman.
It’s hard to age. Just saying. And I’m not a star.
Yes, her are eyes are shown to great effect in "Rain"! Re-watched not long ago. She was such a beauty.
You just heal and keep going forward. You've helped me in many ways .

Madonna helped me going through a rough childhood and teenagehood, her music and her goal oriented personality were a really positive example for me when I was a kid, I don't always like the outcome of the procedures she went through but there will always have a place in my heart for Madonna, thank you so much for this video 🥰
Aww that’s really sweet 🥰

@TheKimberlydw yup
I saw the pics from Italy and she looks good
@@barbarafairbanks4578 yes she has gained weight!!! Especially around the middle!
@@Patrick3183 yah, that's what I thought I was seeing also....then again, maybe the camera angle?...idk, maybe a combo of both.

Oh wow, did not even know hand rejuvenation is a thing.
Has been for years now. Hands are a dead giveaway of age
I didn't but it makes sense
Me neither, but I suppose if it can be done it will be in the plastic surgery world. I have to wash my hands at least 50 times a day at work so I use retinol on them at night. It has made such a difference.
This was my first time hearing about it too.
Her depressor labii looks clipped - she can't pull her lip corners down fully, probably was done to help her maintain the jawline.
Madonna has done everything. Every single procedure known to science.
Yup she looks ridiculous like that
She going for first female Joker on next Batman movie.
I'm really freaked out by people voluntarily clipping muscles and paralysing parts of their faces. When I was younger I got an infection that left my face paralysed for a few weeks and it was such a horrible experience. Can't imagine doing that to myself permanently.
@@lovecinnamonxx I know right! Some of us live with constant pain; nerve, muscle, arthritis, etc. I will never do any unnecessary surgery. Don't mess with God's creation! Be grateful to have all your body parts and be able to walk down the sidewalk. Illness can come out of no where.

She REALLY didn't need that bbl 💀. Just why? It looks awful.
@Karma Consciousness I've seen beautiful and subtle cases of bbl but you don't even notice them. No beauty trend especially a booty will convince me to risk my life.
@Karma Consciousness No it usually doesn't I have worked with plenty of women that have gotten bbl and it doesn't look awful and actually goes with their thighs and calves.
I think the so called second one is not real. It's just bad padding!

I stood about 18” away from her when in Chicago as well. I’m 5’2” and she was shorter than me.
@@bartendersdaughter6003 omg really? That short!?
@@santoshthapa8398 Yep. I was surprised too - she's a psychic giant tho. Projects power and creates the illusion of being 5'8"!
We have no choice BUT to accept it. You also need to realize people will comment on it.
She used to set trends, now she's following them
Maybe in some regards, but her music is still ahead of the curve
Well she has proven alot ,nothing wrong to switch it up!

Thank you so much!! I will get it and also use it for Christmas gifts. That sounds real nice.
Despite trying to defy gravity, one thing for sure Madonna does keep her health and stamina on the top notch, except for Cher though, no lady in her 60s or 80s would dance or exude the kind of energy these 2 divas have..
Cher could never dance as much as Madonna
Cher's surgery is amazing. She still looks great.
I'm sure they're pumped with substances.
Janet Jackson still got it...everyone knows she went under the knife but at least she looks as good as she did in the 90s. Respect.
So happy you're back Lorry! You look fantastic, may your recovery continue to progress!

Madonna will not ever be respected solely for her music, critics will always summarize a talented woman ultimately by her looks. You're doomed because all of us age and it's always been so much more difficult for women to age in public than it has been for men. Another great job Lorry!
WOW, just, WOW. We hardly ever get to see such a long PS history. I think her doctors are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

perfume commercial during covid epidemic is quite ironic because a lot of people have theirs sense of smell temporarily lost after suffering from the virus.

She didn’t break down walls.
