INGREDIENTS -
Marinade:
Paneer - 500 gms
Salt - ½tsp
Chilly powder - ½tsp
Onion & peppers diced - 2 cups
Chaat Masala - a generous pinch
Wooden skewers - few
Tempering:
Hung curd - ½cup
Salt - to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Coriander Chopped - a handful
For Dip:
Mustard oil - 4 tbsp
Carom Seeds (ajwain) - 2 tsp
Green chilly chopped - 2 tsp
Ginger chopped - 2 tsp
Gram flour (besan) - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 3/4 tsp

Just tried this dish. Very very good. I did not have hung curd so I used regular khatti dahi and it turned out great. Glad to have discovered Chef Kunal. Acha pakate hain, acha bolte hain aur ache khase hero dikhte hain. Regards from Pakistan
I have tried your delicious Afghani paneer Tikka for the marinating i followed your Afghani paneer Tikka recipe and for cooking the paneer and bellpepers i followed this method of cooking in grilled pan as i don't have oven. Sir I had tried this recipe of yours and in first attempt only it comes out so yummy and tasty. The happiness I felt at that time when everyone praise, is unable to describe here. I tweak something in the recipe. Like I add the charcoal smoky flavour into the marinated tikka and also I left the marinated paneer and vegis for 2 - 3 hours.
I am so thankful to you chef for this amazing recipe.
P. S. - I had tried this paneer tikka at a several restaurant but none taste like the one you shared in the recipe.
