I tweak something in the recipe. Like I add the charcoal smoky flavour into the marinated tikka and also I left the marinated paneer and vegis for 2 - 3 hours. I am so thankful to you chef for this amazing recipe. P. S. - I had tried this paneer tikka at a several restaurant but none taste like the one you shared in the recipe.
