One thing I have started doing is using rep based drills at the beginning of my training, focusing on getting my technique as good as possible. Then I transition into position specific training
@@footxfit whats that 75/25 ? and those ratio. changed up my stuff a bit doing technical sessions 5-6x a week mainly passing and juggling. adding on physical training sessions by next month

Planning to do rep based drills, lots ot technical, cones, for 3 nonths this summer then ill swotch it to skill dev
Why not do both at the same time and just gradually move from 75/25 to 50/50 and then 25/75 (technique/skill)?

How many sets x reps for repetitive drills ?, Also can i practice technical based drills 6-7 days a week, 3x a day ?
