My oldest son is an elite gymnast, and he uses visualization all the time as he's preparing for meets and new skills, etc. It's been crazy awesome watching his growth and maturity through visualization!

One of the keys to the subconscious, which directs 95% of our choices and actions, is visualization. It's all about imagery, give your mind an idea of what to focus on daily. It's using imagination for creating what you want! It always works, as it helps you direct your choices in the direction of your goals! Thanks for the video Lewis!

*I am living proof of law of attraction, I use to not only visualize my dream but meditate and truly feel it. I would interview myself and act in youtube videos. Now I do TH-cam and have my dream job. This works..*

Great strategy! visualization is difficult when we are very attached to the result or specific goal. Starting with some thing neutral can buildup visualization muscle. I need to workout!

Definitely going to use this practice going forward. Relax, practice vision, then vision with intention.

Awesome stuff! Greg Louganis was a clear cut number one in diving during his time! I think he definitely had an edge because of his breathing techniques and visualization. When you're able to get into a mindful state during competition and not have your thoughts racing, you'll become way more consistent! And that is key for success in diving.
I'm a current national team diver and I started my own channel recently talking about the lessons I've learned through sports. I would really appreciate any feedback on my channel so I can get better! :)
